Overall ok company poor communication. I’ve been getting jerked around for days for a closer nobody is available which I find odd. Told I will call and never do if I don’t email it will be days before I hear something. This has not been a good experience for me. Hopefully closing ends on a better note. Right now I’m not pleased

My boyfriend and I were in the process of purchasing a home with them. I was using Curtis as a lender. I would say he was very polite when talking to me however I was extremely disappointed. For instance when we first were in the process of looking for our home it took a couple weeks to a month to even get the pre-approval. This wasnt the only time it took some time to get back to me with things I needed. I understand things take time and I was extremely understanding with this. However my biggest breaking point was when we found the home we wanted everything was fine up until it came time to get the appraisal. I was contacted by curtis on Sep 9th for the payment of the appraisal by the 15th the realtors of the sellers contacted my realtors asking why hasnt the appraisal been done. The homeowners almost backed out. Curtis didnt call me to inform me what was going on he decided to just continue to wait and see if my credit went up. He made me spend almost 2k on a credit card to try to get my credit up and it still did nothing. Thats when I switched lenders to find out I still wasnt high enough and that it probably wouldnt go up in time for closing. So I definitely would just avoid this company all together. My first time home buying experience was horrible and super stressful for things that didnt even need to happen. The communication was horrible.

I could not be happier with my experience with this team. For two years they worked with my wife and I to purchase our first home. Every phone call, email, text was as professional and prompt as the initial meeting. Highly recommended. Thank you all.
