Superior Fence is the best fencing company I have ever used! Shawn was awesome and helped answer all of questions to get started. Then Ryan and Edward's crew were both amazing. Edward's crew was professional and answered our questions. They provided detail footnotes of how the fence would come out and how it will act over time in the coming years. The people at the office were also very helpful. We are extremely happy with our fence! If I have any other fencing projects in the future, I will definitely choose Superior Fence.

To our amazement, for example, it took just six-weeks from signing the contract to the installation of our beautiful fence. Ruddy Linares and his crew, Chandler and Christian did a fantastic job in workmen-ship, building our wooden fence from scratch on site. It took them 2.5-days, even with rain delays to complete it and all of them were so pleasant and courteous, showing up each day by 8am to start their work. We highly recommend Superior Fence and Rail of Charlotte to anyone desirous of a high quality "Superior" fence while working with some great people. Could not be happier with our fence and installation! From start to finish, this process was seamless and easy. Shawn helped answer our many initial questions during our first walkthrough. April then worked as a super helpful mediator, keeping us up to date at every step. Ruddy, Christian, and Tom completed our installation quickly and efficiently. We were amazed at the quality and professionalism. I expected to have a torn up yard and hunks of dirt to contend with after the install, but that was not the case at all! Our yard is still green, with zero dirt piles, on install day! It looks like the fence just appeared overnight. Great company! We had a very difficult property line but they got the job done with no problem. Joey was the best !!!!!! Ryan was oh so polite and pleasant. I got the Trex composite fencing and it looks great. The installers Ruddy, Cristian, and Khi were personable. They were easy to talk to when I had requests. I made some requests and they explained the why and worked me to make it work the best way. Example. My fence was on a slope but I wanted straight line sites. They were trying to keep from having large gaps so they came up with an alternative. I aprreciate him taking the time and being patient with my requests. True professionals. This was during COVID times so I appreciate all the work from the salesman to the installers. Great job!!

I did alot of research before I chose a company for my fence Install. My HOA is a tad bit insane and has alot of rules, superior fence and rail worked with me the entire way and provided all the marked up plot lines and install guides needed. We had a delay due to aluminum shortage which wasn't the fault of superior fence and rail at all, they kept me up to date with the changing timelines! The install it's self was very professionally done and the installer walked me through the process. They took great care of our yard and reviewed the warranty info with me before finishing up. The fence looks great, has an amazing warranty and my dog loves running in the back yard! Please consider superior fence and rail for your fencing needs, they are amazing!
