I had a great buying experience here. It did take a long time to do all the paperwork. My issue wasn't with buying. I moved to the mountains and I had purchased a 2WD from them and sold it and got a AWD somewhere else. But when I called them to cancel my warranties on my other vehicle I have been given terrible service. None of them will return my calls. Its like there avoiding me so I dont get my warranty back. I really don't appreciate this poor service just because Im no longer purchasing a car. I was planning on recommending them to people and possibly purchasing another vehicle from them. Now I am unsure I want to do that. A company should have great customer service and care in all aspects of what they do. Not just when they are making money.

The lack of communication was terrible and unprofessional. I never was contacted or had a follow-up on the car I was pursing, nor did I know if I was approved or not. I had to CONSTANTLY call the dealership so see what was going on with my application. When I did call the final time to complain about how long I waited for a call back the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. Very disappointed and dissatisfied at the way it was handled. I would not suggest this Nissan.

We bought a new Altima after an internet search for a model with the features we wanted. We searched from Athens Georgia to Washington, DC, and Modern Nissan gave us the best deal. We drove from Raleigh. When we got there, they had pulled the car out in front of the store. It was exactly what we wanted, the 2.5 LS with the technology package and a sun roof. They honored the price we had discussed over the phone. They did not try to add any extra fees, or try to switch us over to a different car. Everyone we dealt with - Rebecca, Robert, Steven, and Fred - was courteous, honest, and considerate. It was a great car buying experience. We save nearly $2,000 by driving 2 hour. I recommend them without hesitation, and would gladly buy another car from them in the future.

Great Service as Always Heath Culp met me, discussed the Service that was due and completed it in a timely manner.

My experience was horrible-and that's an understatement.There were several occurances and deceptions that led up to this conclusion. We had a new saleswoman that obviously had little to no training. She could not multitask, prioritize, or simply keep from confusing clients. Please get her a notebook. She was argumentative and wouldn't allow me to negotiate my trade and new car separately-a huge red flag. She forgot she printed a black and white copy of a Carfax before my test drive. When I got back,the value magically increased by $1300,on a new color enhanced Carfax. Their market value of the car was marked over $3k than priced with KBB. My calculation was not including the decline secondary to the accident,and included the new $75 tires- its only upgrade. A multidisc CD player was listed, only a single player was noted in the vehicle. They said they took my trade to Hyundai to get appraised. 10minutes later she returned. I went to Hyundai afterwards to validate her "Autotader" quote related to their assessment. First of all,there were minor paint scuffs on the bumper- absolutely no dents.She claimed Hyundai said they had to replace the entire bumper. This was a blatant lie.I laughed at this as soon as it was presented- I really thought she was joking.She said 2 tires needed to be replaced immediately. This was also a blatant lie- after Hyundai measured they both had >20% of tread left. It was simply to devalue my trade- a 2013 SUV with 45,000 miles on it - in excellent condition, and still under warranty. I'm an educated professional and it was an insult to my intelligence to lowball my trade just to make it look good in retrospect at $2000 higher on their offer. While out on the test drive I get a call from the "sales manager" saying that a couple was there to buy the vehicle earlier in the day (knowing I made an appointment to see the vehicle that morning, after they knew I was driving three hours, a courtesy call would've been nice- but at this point I don't know the truth from BS so who knows). He proceeded to tell me that if I made the offer the vehicle would be mine out of fairness and their policy and he stated that "they wouldn't take the highest offer, that's not how they operate, out of fairness to me they would except my offer if I made a fair deal". So, since I wasn't allowed to negotiate the sale price and then my trade in, I said that I would take $1000 off the sticker price and accept the trade in value that they were offering and they declined- they wouldn't even give me the $100 discount for USAA members being a USAA dealership and would not even explain an Internet price which I was told I would get for inquiring online -which obviously would not be the sticker price on the vehicle -it would be lower. I was also told by the "sales manager's" manager that "the couple" was at the dealership offering them the full sticker price and they had to take the highest offer. After explaining that I was told out of fairness you would not take the highest offer he gave me a puzzled look. He simply arrogantly laughed, although he obviously saw no humor, told me he was "his boss" and asked ME why he would say something like that- of course they would take the highest offer. Suddenly feeling like I was in the twilight zone I asked to speak to the manager I spoke with on the phone -although he told me it wouldn't matter that "he's his boss". Out of sheer shock, I insisted just to make sure I didn't misinterpret what he said- although it was clear as day. A customer should not have to explain your lack of communication during your sleazy marketing sham. After waiting 15minutes, I decided I wasted 8 hours of my life on one of the worst- yeah, probably the worst of all worsts in customer service experiences of all time. I consider this last hour a warning for others to run, not walk, away. And no, please don't ask me to contact you to resolve this unresolvable issue. Lastly, please allow true customers to post reviews, not your obvious employees- no one knows the first and last names of 3 salesmen.
