    I waited a few minutes to be checked in to have something notarized, was told someone will be with me in a few minutes. I'm sorry but 35 minutes is not a few minutes. Mind you I watched the one who was the notary walk in, sit in her office on the computer. Then actually a few minutes later she walked out only to tell me after sitting in her office for more than a few mins that they cannot notarized my document. Ridiculous and unacceptable. If that is something you cannot do than post it on your website or have your employees ask what kind of document you need notarized and tell them at check in that you cannot do that, so I DO NOT waste my time waiting for nothing!

    I encountered this girl. I was about to open a debit card but then, i present my 1 passport and 1 greencard and she didnt accept my greencard and told me its expired and its not a government ID. I know thats discrimination. I want to say to her face that she was unknowledgeable but i dont want to be rude instead i walk out and i went to other bank and they let me open an account to them. She was absolutely rude and told us Green card is not a government ID. But why do other suncoast let me open a debit card using my passport and greencard? Common sense. You dont deserve your position girl. Terrible teller.

    The bank does seven day holds in checks then says seven days is 12 because they only do business days. Hey 👋 you’re open on saturdays....way to financially disable people from their money

    I walked into the branch on constitution and 41 to have papers notarized, I signed in, I was the first person in the building and first in line for a banker. I sat in the lobby for 20 mins waiting before the woman who was standing behind the teller area appeared to be hanging out approached me and asked what documents I needed notorized(POA) she proceeded to tell me that they don’t notarize that type of document. I proceeded to tell her thank you for letting me know AFTER I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes, she then apologized and said that she was away from her desk. Which I could clearly see that from the lobby area. while she nonchalantly chatted with a customer who was being helped by the teller at the counter. I will not be returning to this location for their lack of acknowledgement in a timely manner.
