HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place...I opened a bank account here and within a week they closed it WIHTOUT telling me. They just halted all deposits and put me on an 800 number while i was IN the lobby. everyone around me was in some sort of upset or panic state as well and the general disregard for the customers is ludarcis

I’m not surprised that their rating at this location is 1.6 stars because it’s truly is! Never had worse experience in Bank of America other than this. Cody was awful in help, I had two requests and didn’t help with any of them! Feels like they simply lazy and don’t want to work. Just save your time and go to other location and hopefully they eventually close this location or hire a new staff! Worse experience in 7 years!!

I go to this branch every now and again just for change since most banking is online now and yes, there's usually a line as well as a few people that have no problem complaining about it. Yes, most times they only have one teller but seriously a 20 minute wait is not that bad. I had the pleasure of watching an elderly man berate a woman who was just trying to do her job and she stayed so composed throughout the whole thing like a true professional. Also Adrianna is always extremely friendly and goes above and beyond.

Worst Bank of America branch out of all I’ve been to , manager walking around doing nothing , two persons in one window helping or trying to help 10 customers, the line keeps piling up and nobody opens a second window , what a chame

Super slow, only 1 person answering inside and drive threw spent 48 minutes in line to cash one check. If i could give them negative stars i would. I will never stop at this bank again this is the last time. Unless they change there ways and add more tellers. Horrible job. Im switching banks

This branch is a nightmare. A few of the tellers are nice and helpful, but 9 times out of 10, when you enter the branch there will be a line of 10+ (if not out the door). You’re LUCKY if there is 2 tellers working. The bank managers and bankers just stand around looking useless. I just sat in line for 20 minutes without a single teller at any window, while 10 other bank employees just sat around twirling their thumbs, providing no help or clarification as to what was happening. I’ve been doing both personal AND a business banking with them for years, and nothing has changed. BANK OF AMERICA NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS BRANCH OR PERHAPS REVISIT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MODEL. I will be taking all of my accounts elsewhere very soon. Pathetic.

Met with Melinda Epps for setting up a special account. She is such a kind, helpful and patient lady. Very knowledgeable and worked quickly to set up the account and make sure all our needs were met. My experience with Ms. Epps was outstanding. Her professionalism and cheerful manner was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this branch. Also the gentleman who greets at the door was very personable and made us feel welcome.

Ive been with B of A for well over a decade and they used to be great! Can't say that anymore. Their fees are insane, they will no longer allow paychecks to be cashed if your account does not have a balance equal to or greater than the paycheck amount. Which leads to a 4 day hold on the monies which can NOT be drawn against...so effectively they are looking to soak customers with overdraft fees of $35 per item and $35 every 5 days the account has a negative balance...time to find a new bank!!!
