    UPDATE 06-08-2022 - I have received zero means of communication from Summit to make this right. __________________________________________________________________ I am perplexed that with all the privacy policies and confidentiality agreements you have in place for your employees and the business, that you can share a MINORS social security card and birth certificate documents, with an individual without our consent. Personal information was also viewed on our account that should have never been seen by anyone but an employee. I question the integrity and morals of this business, and to say we feel betrayed is an understatement. You have lost our trust.

    They have the sign for the first lane drive thru marked as closed which I was told once there it’s only with appointments, but it would make better sense to have a sign which states appointment only lane and have the top sign marked as open. If you need a new card, you can use the first lane to get one without an appointment. I waited 50 plus minutes to get one but eventually I got a new card. The teller didn’t want to help so she passed on my card to another teller. Working at a bank does not make you special or entitled to only help certain people. If I say “my card isn’t working” there is no need to ask “what’s wrong with it” after I already told you it’s not working, I need a new one. I’m paying for the new card, not the teller so what’s the problem in replacing it. Why the hostility? An ATM machine can replace you, give it the ability to make new cards and I will gladly use it instead of dealing with rude tellers.

    I found customer service lacking today, versus my experience at my previous encounters in Portage and Madison. I deposited a proceeds check from the recent sale of my home into my savings account. Very brusque treatment by tbe teller. I observed them treat other customers in line behind me in the same manner. Oh well. My experience at other branches have been more cordial.

    I love summit. Everything is so easy to do and accessible. Their mobile app is amazing. This specific location always offers spectacular and quick service that leaves me feeling gratified and looking forward to my next visit. The new machines that they put in to help with the flow of cars in the drive through is fantastic. It links you with a virtual Teller who handles your transaction. At first I thought that it would be a bit tacky, but it turned out to be a simple and timesaving way to conduct my business there. With all of the uncertainty in life right now, I need to be certain that my money is taken care of, and with summit, especially this branch, I feel that it's in good hands.

    They make the drive through situation rather confusing and make you play musical lanes just to deposit money into your account. Out of every Summit I have been to, this one is more unorganized than I've previously experienced. The last lady to help us was very kind and helpful though, which we genuinely appreciate

    I do not believe in banks. They cater to their shareholders and charge accordingly. I've "banked" with credit unions since age 11. I believe in membership/ownership and giving back to the members with better loan rates and low or no service fees. I especially like getting my Oodles reward from Summit for using multiple services. The Baraboo Branch had some difficulty with handling the drive up traffic during COVID-19 at first, but I like that they invested in three teller/ATM units, which seem to be the right solution. I hope my favorite teller Cherie didn't lose her job to a machine and is safely working inside or from home!

    Came in today to do a deposit and get a Cashier's check. Got told I'm supposed to use the electronic teller for deposits. The regular window in the drive thru is the only place to get cashier's checks. The lady was kind of condescending about it. Doesn't make much sense to go through two different people to get the same thing done. Also there is nobody else here as I'm typing this. I'm not holding anything up. Seems like the lady just didn't want to do it

    This month will be my 19th year w/ Summit. Whatever bad review you’re reading is certainly just a case of some people are never happy no matter how hard ya try. Summit has always been good to me. Gone the extra mile for me. All the ladies are super sweet at the Baraboo location. That would be my only “ bummer” since covid and all the easy convenient technology, no longer getting to see them! Even having to call the 800 number for service beyond what my local branch can do for me has always, always been very kind and helpful. I have always and will always tell everybody I know to go to Summit!

    I LOVE summit, and everyone that works there. We went thought the drive through lane (because the building is closed due to covid-19) and we were trying to cash in savings bonds and take care of a few other account things. We got Judy, and she made it very confusing by continuing to say the same things and not answer our questions ( we had one that was addressed incorrectly ) and didn’t know if we’d be able to cash it ourselves. She proceeded to tell us to send them over (they needed to be filled out with our social security and signature) so we informed her we needed to fill them out, she didn’t answer and after a few minutes told us to just send them over and they’d call us once they were placed into the account. That to us sounded like a good way for them to lose them, forget about them, or send us the run around due to the one not being addressed correctly, or never end up getting our money. Knowing they needed our personal information and signatures and the one may cause problems we simply drove off and are going to either another summit location or try again another day and hope we do not get the same teller. 🙃

    I have had two two issues with this Summit branch. One when I went to withdraw $4000.00 from my account. The teller told me they didn't have that much in 100s and would have to be 10s and 20s. When I said is this not a bank she rolled her eye's and discussed it with another teller. After much discussion they must have passed the basket and found the cash! The other was having to fill out a deposit ticket to cash a check! Lake Mills branch does not make me do that! It seems they just enjoy making people's life more difficult! Not customer friendly! I will drive much much farther to deal with the nice people in Lake Mills.
