Streamline N Delaware Ave, Philadelphia

This was a great experience! Not only were the properties beautiful but all of my questions as a first time home buyer were answered. They truly made me feel as though they just had my best interest at heart. Totally recommend

Streamline is a great company and builder. They contribute a great deal to the Philadelphia market. Their staff is always a pleasure to work with and extremely responsive and organized. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been a tile subcontractor for Streamline for almost a year now, and as of 2019 it’s been a pleasure working with them. I’ve been getting everything I was promised. Staff such as Steve Belfiore, Ryan Korona and Paul Camarco make my life and work a lot easier. Hopefully the next few years will be as smooth as 2019 was.

Brett was very knowledgeable about Streamline's products and the rental market. The floor plans are expansive and the finishes are top quality. I am very excited to move forward with Streamline.

I would bet my right arm the majority of these good reviews are fake. This is the most unprofessional group you could ever imagine dealing with. Just say no to Streamline. If I had a time machine, I'd go back to the day we bought our house. It's been nothing but issues. This isn't just a fluke. Our neighbors are all in the same boat.

This entire place is a scam. Classic bait and switch. Lure you in by thinking their product is such high quality and such a professional team to help you with anything you need, only to end up with a lemon of a house with not a single employee within the company who will own up and fix SERIOUS mistakes. Buyer beware. You will have to sign an agreement of sale that gives streamline ALL of the upper hand and will leave you with no recourse for correcting their poor construction. Full disclosure - I am writing this review for a friend who cannot do so bc of pending litigation regarding their blatant negligence addressing major malfunctions of their new house. Please save yourself from the crisis you may find yourself in after buying a house from these incompetent imbeciles. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.

2 stars for some staff being honest and saying they won’t fix the dozen or so issues. No more stars because remaining staff promised to fix issues but never did, the lies from them, and unprofessionalism. They do need to improve their work though since the properties look nice but have too many defects

Review for Chris in sales as prospective buyers. Had a great conversation, very informative, not at all pushy! And having the option to tour the apartment via Virtual Reality was way cool.

This is a very organized, very professional construction company. We have really enjoyed working on our first project with them. No problems and quality workmanship done on time at budget.

I had an amazing experience working with Michael Jessie. I can't really explain how much he has done for my practice, but I absolutely wish I had 100 employees just like him. Incredible individual!
