Andrew was very attentive and always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, both large and small throughout the process of getting our mortgage approved. He moved quickly through the process and we closed on the expected date. Our only complaint is that when information was passed on to different team members, information we had provided in our initial preapproval process was not passed on. Therefore, unexpected documentation was requested once it went to underwriting. Sit would have been helpful if we were provided with a list of potential documents that we would need to obtain from the start. That being said, Andrew was very empathetic when we brought up concerns and was informative and helpful in completing the process. At closing, everything went super smoothly, as well! Overall, we are appreciative of Andrew’s attentiveness and responsiveness throughout our house purchase!
