Came in with friends and I had a few questions about two pennies and I might not be a millionaire but I might be a few thousand dollars richer from the employees advice that I got from them... Thank you for the knowledge and service that you have given me. ( Note????.... ) This was the first time I have came into this pawn shop. Hello!!! Do not buy from this shop!!! I have purchased several items from this shop and recently a laptop for $300! It literally worked one day! Because of the relationship that had been built with their customer service i chose to take it in to see if they could figure out the problem. THEY SAID IT HAD COFFEE IN THE LAPTOP! There home office is lying to keep from replacing my laptop!!!! I do not have my electronics anywhere near liquids of any kind!!!

Rip off on layaways….. if you’re late they put it back which is fine if they return the money already paid minus a restocking fee of course. But these thieves don’t do that; they keep all of it. What a bunch of rip offs.

Worked with Nathan to sell a necklace. I received great service. Very polite and didn't ask any personal questions unlike another business I visited today. I was offered more than 10% of the appraised value on the ring. I thought this was fair considering they don't have the equipment to verify colored stones, so the offer was just on the gold and diamonds.

Very polite and they actually care about your time. They don’t automatically pay the most but that how pawn shops work. They are always willing to be competitive based on your needs if you work with them on a deal. I think they’re very fair compared to other places that you have to wait in line an hour to be helped. It’s also the cleanest pawn shop I've been to in the area!
