PNC Bank This Way, Lake Jackson

The customer service here from each individual has always been great. Ashley helped me open my accounts, with personal loans, and Mobile banking issues during the switch from BBVA to PNC. I think it stinks PNC won’t let them have their framed photos of their family any more. No more personal items boo. I liked the home town feel it gave during my visit to conduct business.

I sure wish I could give zero stars for this place there's a lot of lying and dishonesty going on inside this Bank. You can't even speak to anyone with corporate and if you try to email them forget it the message never sends because it says it's an invalid site. Kind of fishy there may I say something else is fishy is tell me how money disappears out of an account and they refuse to tell you why or how it happened or where it went to. If you value your money do not use this Bank.

PNC took over BBVA -- What a disaster! PNC has issued new account numbers. Some personal accounts were bungled. Many commercial accounts did not make the trip into the new system. You better verify any automated payments still work. 20 minute wait times to get with customer service and they cannot speak understanable English.

The only reason I give not so good rating is the hours! Monday through friday from 9-5? Does something sound wrong with that? Idk about y'all, but I have a job from 830-530 monday through friday! Open up on the weekend for a little while, jesus! It says drive thru is open 9-1 on saturday on internet but that was a lie cause it was closed when I went during them hours

So far i have no complaints about this location. Mrs Fat always has a smile on her face, polite, professional 100! Everytime i have a question she has the perfect answer. What i like about this location is their inside ATM is always open, it's very rare that their ATM is out of service. I've been visiting this location to make my vehicle payments, and everytime i go there it takes Mrs Fat minutes to complete my transaction. Thank you Mrs Fat for great service! I take all your recommendations very seriously, i know you're been honest and most of all clear with all your suggestions. Thank you

Ridiculously bad service! My fiancé and I opened a new account with them, and from almost the beginning it’s been an unpleasant experience! The rep stated he almost deposited our initial deposit into another account by accident! My fiance’s name was mispelled on his debit card! They got my ss # wrong in their system, and now i can’t access my account!! It has been frustrating with only a month in with them! We are withdrawing from this bank all together! Never again!

Terrible service, dozens of hidden fees, and inaccurate information regarding the different credit account options. Even the lowest tier credit card has a $40 annual fee despite the agents claiming there is no annual fee.

I love BBVA bank. Good customer service. The employees are nice, friendly, an helpful. The BBVA app is awesome too.

The ATM took my card. Don’t use the ATM if you want a card.

Don't ever go to the drive threw. They take 10plus minutes to answer you when you press the call button. I'm always the last person to get helped when I was the first to arrive
