STCU: South Valley Branch E 32nd Ave, Valley

literally the worst banking experience i’ve ever had. i can’t review the phone line so here we are. hidden fees and rejecting checks that they already cashed and then taking money from my account. made my account negative after they approved my check and then took all that money away. I don’t get paid for a week and this made it so i can’t even earn money for my family through doordash. when i called and spoke to someone about this she was so rude. l be switching banks. watch out stcu may try to rob you next.

Disappointed. I’ve been through the drive thru atm 4 times now and every time has been a fail. The atm is not taking/accepting cash deposits…if it’s broken fix it. Put a sign up if it’s broken.

Lobby has been closed for 2 years why even have a location if it's never open. Get it together STCU if you are having trouble hiring then pay more I've seen your yearly operating income and you can afford it. Supposedly non profit why not give it to your employees.

Yesterday my wife and I had some credit union business to attend to so we stopped by STCU's South Valley Branch. We were greeted by Loan and Member Service Officer Victor Ramirez. He (just like Branch Manager Jennifer Stewart, the tellers and the entire staff) was friendly, efficient and professional. They always make us feel comfortable and welcome. We highly recommend this branch.

Thursday night I missed a call on my phone. My wife and mother inform me stcu had called looking for me. I call on friday they say oh we called because your are late on your credit card. I am transferred and my payment is taken. No one says my credit card had been closed out. Mail has be late because of everything going on. I get an letter today dated for the 15th saying they closed my credit account. This being the first letter I have seen in a month. I call them expaining the situation asking to reinstate my card. Im told there was nothing they can do. An 6th of the cards balance was paid on friday. I just want my card back and credit for paying. It just posted on my credit report that the card closed and without what was payed on friday. Late or not it is wrong to close anyone's account in these times. Stcu took my money and let me down hard. Someone needs to remind them we are all in this together...

Gregg and Sam love this branch. Sam my wife looks forward to going in and visiting with the folks that work there. She says they are just like family. She was so excited when a young man tellers wife was PG I think she just stopped buy to keep up with the progress. They had a girl. He has moved up with STCU and now at another branch but the new folks are just as nice. STCU has a gift for hiring the people who care.

Great place to bank. The people working their are very helpful. It has a casual feel compared to other stuffy banks. I enjoy the small town vibe.

Everyone was nice, friendly, helpful. Everyone was so polite, it seems like a great place to work. Every time I've gone in there it's always been the same.

Wish I could give a 0 star review, but even that would be too generous. This place is a joke. And don't bother with your little "apology" scheme because frankly, your apologies are worthless compared to the numerous times I've had to pay out of pocket for YOUR MISTAKES!!!

It's my bank and it's always close to me becasue I live in the valley and they have 24 hour ATMs and they don't charge a fee to have an account and they are always helpful and consistent with my paychecks I receive
