I shop insurances almost every 6 months to a year. I got the cheapest rates with them. Turns out when they called me I was able to work with them and make my price go even a bit lower. Crazy! Anyway, they also reply to my questions very promptly via email. Thanks.

Very helpful with making the transition between states. I had the same family State Farm agent for years, so when i moved to Houston i needed to transfer my policies. Rhonda was very rude and snobby over the phone today when she called me to go over a "quote" when i mentioned i purchased one seconds ago online via State Farm, as I was politely going over my online purchased renters insurance since she asked me to and when it came to contents she was even more rude. I told her I paid for 6 month policy, she got all smart and said policies are yearly when I meant to say I paid 6 months in advance. I've filed a complaint with corporate as well. My first time here I was taken care of by Ruth and she was amazing! Second time with another agent was horrid!

Joy Knox State Farm was definitely a great experience. I went in to get a life policy for my daughter and everyone there was very nice and Katherine was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind when it came to me finding the right life policy for my daughter. I can now sleep better knowing my daughter is covered if something awful were to ever happen. I definitely highly recommend Joy Knox State Farm.

Wonderful experience at Joy Knox’s office - The team there is beyond knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help my family when we need them. The office is also stunning, they got a huge “facelift” from their look a few years ago, and also updated the coffee bar, so I definitely recommend checking that out! Overall, I love this office and the team that works in it, and I can see why Joy’s been around for 35 years, she’s the best in Houston by far!
