    Apparently this branch supports fraudulent activity because this lady purchased a vehicle from me paid part through PayPal, PayPal sent it to this credit union(where the lady said she didn’t send the money through PayPal), took them over 4 months to not do anything and not even care to see our proof or even call us! Done with this bank.

    Best bank in Wayne County (and maybe even NC) by far! Always fast, polite, and thorough. Very low employee turnover (that says a lot about any business!)...I recognize them and they recognize me. Anytime I've ever had an issue it has been resolved to my satisfaction promptly. I'd like to specifically mention Brittany Massey and Brittany Robinson for their excellent customer service skills.

    This use to be my favorite bank. But I’ve come to realize the people are not carrying. Very rude. Gives you the run around and lairs. First citizen treated me better then this! I only came over because people talked about how great they are. Honestly to me hospitality and great customer service is what I care about and all these people make in that. Worse people I’ve ever met in my life

    Worst customer service! Applied for loan over the phone as they offer that service at this branch. My info was taken and I was told that someone would get back with me. No call the next day but received an email from my company stating my credit was pulled the same day I applied. I called 2 more additional times on different days and was told they were busy but would send out an email so that the person who pulled it would call me back. Long story short, no phone call was ever received. However, I did receive a letter in the mail days after I applied. I should've just went to the other bank as all of my interactions with them have been positive. I just thought I should apply here because this is where I opened my account. NEVER AGAIN!!

    Business wise, I have no complaints. Professionally...maybe management should sit down with their employees and kindly remind them of the lesson we all learned in grade school...keep your hands to yourself. If a customer is standing outside HOLDING a cigarette (NOT smoking it as I am a functional adult who can read a no smoking sign), there is no need to touch them and let them know there is no smoking outside of the facility...when no one was smoking. If the shoe was on the other foot and a customer was touching the ladies (or men) working there, it would’ve been an issue. Especially in this era of harassment....it works both ways. You literally have work to do, but bothering a customer just HOLDING a cigarette, minding their own business and then touching them can get you into a lot of trouble.

    I absolutely love the Credit Union. They treat my wife and I like family, and when others said no Brittney Massey at SECU gave us a shot and we never let them down since. They have helped us in so many ways and never doubted us. They make everything easy and explain everything in detail without even asking. This Credit Union has bent over backwards for us and took the time with our needs and concerns. Thank you all so much!!!!

    My wife went to deposit a check for me yesterday and the teller was very condescending and rude. The attitude of this person isn't new as I have stopped going to this branch because of her. If you have a problem working with people maby you need to find another place to work. I don't have to do business with you at all with this level of rudeness towards me and my wife. You don't even know me. What is wrong with you???

    If I could give them no stars I would. The allowed a transaction I didn't approve. Upon me going in the bank I filed the paper work with a ban officer to SEE if the would return my money. Too bad the money was to pay for school. Ask for a loan.. Denied. Told them I needed the money from my savings and checking because I had to pay for school the next day... That's when the rude ass bank manager came and said she didn't care what the money was for, and if I did have a direct deposit coming in, in 2 days... For the teller to block my cards and close my account ON THE SPOT. I never seen a bank manager behave like that over someone else's money! Not to add she called the woman who filed my paper work to the cardholder IN MY FACE and told her to shred the forms because she was closing my account. No bueno

    I give them no stars. The worst bank i have ever seen. The district manger very rude. They blame the customer for their mistakes. Wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. Poor customer service.
