Recently worked with Betsy Carter to get a pre-approval letter for a mortgage loan. She was super friendly, informative and easy going. I bank with Wells Fargo and only opened up a trust account but, due to the excellent customer service, I’m contemplating switching my checking account over to SECU as well.

Great drive thru service. Staff was helpful and polite. Grounds very well kept. Easy access off of Hwy 70.

Talked to Patrick today on the phone. He was very kind and polite with helping me. I lost my mom last Sunday and all week people have been rude. We need more patient people like the ones that work here!

NATALIE and Company are great. They have been so very helpful on so many occasions. Kevin Kornegay on the other hand is a terrible representation of what it means to be a Financial Services Officer. Not helpful and needs a personality.

My experience at this bank has been wonderful so far. My husband and I got Mrs. Kateia Hagans and she is absolutely amazing. She’s very professional,polite and very straight forward . She has helped us understand many things in which we were confused. She never made us feel like we were a bother to here like every other person that works in SECU!!!! . She is my go to banker at this bank ☺️

I have banked with SECU for a long time, and everytime I go in to talk to someone they are courteous and efficient! Recently I've been trying to get a loan for a house and Kevin Kornegay has been so helpful through the process and very patient with tons of questions from my husband and I!

It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my debit card. My card kept getting sent back and destroyed multiple times. Then I receive a phone call saying that my card was FedEx to the branch. I specifically told the Representative, Joann that I just got off from work at 5pm and traveling from Snow Hill, NC. She told me to come on to the bank, they will wait for me. I get there and the bank is closed. By far, this has been the worst experience I have had with a bank.

Over 20 years and I've always had a good experience. They have some great people that work there.
