I have never had such repeatedly incorrect and rude service. I believe I will just drive a little further and go to the Thomasville branch from now on. I have tried on one occasion to withdraw money from my husband's account (which I am on btw) for our mortgage and other bills and the rep quizzed me on exactly what I needed the money for. Not just ask, but then question me when the withdrawal was over what my exact mortgage was. Today, and the reason for this review, I was informed that I was not on my husband's account at all when I asked for printouts and when I asked to check again because that is incorrect, the response was a rude quick comment back and no further questions or research or questions. I immediately called the Thomasville branch and not only were they professional and respectful- they immediately printed the docs and I was able to pick them up within the hour. They were placed in an envelope with my name and waiting for me. All I did was show my id....

Meagan Cook refused to help me close my preapproved auto loan. She lied and said i never signed paperwork for my last loan. When i calles the call Center the y said all paperwork was complete and i Didnt Need to sign anything

After being a member for a little over six years my accounts are now closed thanks to rude employees. My card info got hacked a little over a month ago (not their fault, understandable) the card was then cancelled and amount was refunded 10 days later, BUT they had sent the same exact card with a different expiration date. I did not realize this until I had already left for California and tried to withdrawal cash but couldn’t because my card was deactivated. I called SECU- they said they couldn’t do anything about it until I returned to NC. Huge inconvenience. A few weeks go by and I made the decision to wire all of my savings (minus $25) & checking to a different bank account. I called to do this over the phone. I had pending transactions in my account that very day so the lady I spoke to assured me that I would not overdraw and she would only wire the full amt minus any amts owed. Long story short - she did not, my account overdrew and I was told I would have to come to the branch to pay the balance. Huge inconvenience again. The lady I spoke to about all of this was incredibly rude & talked over me stating she could not do anything regarding their mistake. My savings account is now closed also. Looking at my account online at this moment it’s saying they overdrafted $8. I am highly disappointed in their services.

Super fast loan approval. Took about 15-20 mins from the time I walked in to having the money. Love this credit union wish I could take them with me when I move!

This site is a horrible excuse for a credit union. Bad employees with horrible customer service and a lack of knowledge of policies. There are some employees that redeem this place, but not many.

Always great service. Just wish they were open on Saturdays as well.
