    I’ve been a BoA client for over 10 years and have to say that this branch is a rare gem amongst all of the other branches that I’ve visited within the state and along east coast. I’m delighted to come across it especially in downtown High Point. I can attest that this has to be THE best branch I’ve ever visited. The space itself is immaculate. The staff is warm, welcoming and professional. Service was quick yet thorough. Huge Thanks to Joe for helping us get in touch with the right staff member for our needs. Other branches please take note!

    Review regarding visit on June 24th Only 1 Teller serving a big line. While in the middle of transaction, went to assist another customer with Safe deposit while assistant Manager is running around in the floor. Very pathetic, hopefully Corporate Office will look in to the practices at this location and hire more staff. Once you are in, customer service does well but issue is that this branch abruptly closes prior to the set time resulting in frustration. Twice I made arrangements to deposit money at this branch and main door was lock well before the closing time. I highly encourage corporate office to look in to this matter and make it flexible for BOA customers since most other branches have been closed.

    Not even this store just this bank in general. Only have a little bit of money left to get me by and it's taken by a monthly maintenance fee that I've never had taken out before. Great bank . Sike

    I have 5 bank accounts including a business account for over 20 years. Had to go in twice to get with a notary and left without seeing one after 30 minutes both times. I was told to have a seat, then someone strolled in and I had to ask for help of which they said the notary would be with me right away. Instead the notary just sat in his office laughing away with a customer swapping life stories, though 5 of us were waiting for help. He finally walked out and asked if I needed a notary and I said yes snd he said as soon as he is finished with the customer. I asked how long that would be and he said he had no idea. Really? This branch customer service is pathetic!

    The average person gets off work at 5, and all of BOA locations now close at 4 and a few don't open at. The windows are no longer open at all locations... I can'tsee the logic nor the vision..I will have to find new bank at this point. This isn't a covid thing because this was your policy wayyy before covid and this is just inconvenient.

    No one answers the phone at this location even though I had some go by and go inside as I was calling to see if they was busy no one in the bank one in drive thru phone steady ringing that is uncalled for.

    Just spent over 20 minutes on the phone trying to cancel a check. Online says it would take 1 business day to post - but the check was stolen last night from the vendor to whom it was written! I wanted to speak to a person to make sure it wouldn't be cashed. The "live" posting said this is the least busy time, yet NO ONE will answer the phone and I've called 5 times. Eventually the automated menu comes back on and says you can schedule an appointment or go online...or go back to the main menu. Guess I will have to waste another 30 minutes of my day making sure the thief doesn't cash a check out of my account...

    If i could give a negative I would. If someone writes you a large check the last thing you want to hear is you can't have your money. Well that is exactly what they told me at this branch. After a chat with.corporate I was informed that it is not the policy of BofA to not cash check when the funds are available in account the on which the check is drawn. To top it off I had to wait in line because they only had ONE teller working and the manager refused to speak with me. Terrible customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I'll stick with SECU from now on

    Entered into this relationship looking forward to a good experience. Soon found out that when you really need to have help this bank is not available. I tried to contact several local branches in reference to a legitimate problem to no avail. I am seriously thinking of changing my banking choice. So terribly disappointed in the institute.
