They are quick and professional, especially when they do my taxes. Last year, I did my taxes at another branch closer to my place and took two weeks to get any feedback. I am glad that I went back to this branch.

Quite possibly the worst bank in existence. I went in yesterday to send a wire transfer. They called me today saying they need a copy of my lease agreement to send the wire. I’m sorry what? That’s personal information and no I won’t give it to you. I believe secu is confused of what a wire transfer is vs a loan. I’ve reported them to the FTC

The one time I decide to go inside for my transaction...While I got the document I was requesting, the customer service experience was non-existent from the financial services officer. No shake of the hand, awkward silence, and didn't even bother to look at me in the face once. I'm not asking for a cookie or anything, but jeez...Anyway, hopefully others have had and will have a better in-bank customer experience, but I will certainly think twice from now if I need to go inside to this location.

Every time I go here, the ATM can never deposit my cash. It always says your transaction cannot be completed at this time. It’s so frustrating when you’re out running errands and don’t have time to stop inside. This has happened so many times.

My husband and I went to inquire on how to apply for a home mortgage/loan and ask about products available that they can offer, the guy doesn’t know how to help us. The whole time we were in front of him, he was frowning and I can akin his demeanor the whole time we are with him to that of kid that is in the principal’s office that he cannot wait for us to leave. Lol. The only time his face light up was when my husband said, well I guess that is all then. Lol. Dude, at least try to make some effort to help, if you have no idea about questions we were asking, you could have at least find someone that maybe knows or has an idea about, don’t just say I don’t know about that and just brushed off the question. Lol. Really bad experience. The guy has the worst costumer service. 😓 Maybe Secu needs to train their staff about good customer service lol. I can’t believe it, considering all my husband and I has a direct deposit on them. Lol. What a waste of time going there.

I’m not sure of her last name but Hannah one of the financial managers went ABOVE and BETOND for me today! I came in panicking and in tears and she solved my problems almost instantly! Even though things didn’t turn out as we wanted she handled her service so well ! She was patient, knowledgeable and very understanding. She listened to me vent and was just simply awesome! Thanks for everything ! I won’t ever bank with anyone else!

Caleb went far above with his professionalism and incredible kindness. He exemplifies why I have been a member of LGFCU for 25 years.

I will now drive farther to go to a different bank because the employees at this location are so incredibly rude and disrespectful. If you're able to go to a different location, I absolutely would recommend doing so.

Customer service need to be better by tellers unacceptable

I won't bank anywhere else, been with them for about 12 years. Friendly cashiers and very helpful employees at this branch and every one I've every been to.
