State Employees’ Credit Union Sycamore Dairy Rd, Fayetteville

State employees is a great bank only reason they got the 2 stars and not 1 , but this location need to change a lot of there customer service representative’s there unprofessional and rude. Coming to the drive thru I’ve waited in line and watched several people leave before me that came after me when coming to do something so simple such as making a deposit or withdrawal.

I recently visited this branch and had the pleasure of meeting with Corey Edmondson while there. He was attentive to my husband and I needs. He had answers to our questions and just over all a great experience. He was able to help us save money and I am forever grateful. Great customer service is hard to come by especially during the pandemic but he made our experience memorable. Keep up the good work!

This Credit Union has always treated me with the upmost respect, and always given me great financial guidance throughout my many years banking with them. There customer service is unmatched! I would recommend anyone if they have the ability to open accounts here to entrust SECU as your financial institution.

I rarely write reviews but I really felt the need to write this . I am a recent graduate so life has been super hard , I have had some financial issues and I get mail all the time for different issues. I have been having some financial issues for about a year! I wanted this review to be for BETH she has been such a blessing and is so easy to talk to , not once have i had her judge me or made me feel like i could not discuss my situation with her. Beth is beyond great!

On April 1st, I arrived to the bank AT 5:30. A gentlemen handed me some checking account withdrawal slips. I waited in line to get my money out of my bank account because for some reason, the bank still hasn't issued me a new card. So, I waited in line, and right around 5:43, even though I got to the bank earlier, the gentlemen tells me the bank is close. I tried to tell him that I was there earlier and everybody else was getting their money, so why I couldn't. Due to not being able to get my money, I had to call my supervisor and tell her that I was unable to go to work due to not having any money for gas. Worst bank in the history of banks.

As a courtesy other branches offer to fill out transactions slips for people with disabilities, but for some reason the teller named Sarah made my banking very difficult and unpleasant. Will advise customers to avoid this location.

Ususally I have no problems when I come here but today I got in line 4th person at 12:12 and at 12:37 I am 3rd ARE U KIDDING ME!!!! BS

I have been a SECU member for 8 years and I have never experienced bad customer service from any employee. But I would never step foot in this location again.

Solid Credit Union. Been a great experience for me !

Worst branch of SECU ever created. There is always an issue!!!!
