The best State Employee’s branch I’ve ever been to. I usually don’t write reviews but felt it was needed for this. As soon as I walked in the door I felt very welcomed, unlike my home branch where I despise going in due to the poor customer service. Teller Hunter Askew was extremely polite and efficiently helped my boyfriend and I with what we needed. We will continue to return to this branch. Thanks Hunter!

The employees here are quick, efficient, and extremely nice! I have never walked into a financial institution and felt so welcomed! If I could give 10 stars I would!! They take their positions seriously and are proficient!

Branch Manager Jeff has the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced at a bank in my entire life.He kept calling me the wrong name and interrupted me the entire time during our talk over the phone. Once I asked to at least be respected and get my complete sentence out, he began laughing. I repeatedly asked him questions afterwards and he wouldn’t respond AT ALL. I would have to say “hello, did you hear me?” and he would answer with a laugh and ask “May I speak now?” He did that THREE TIMES IN A ROW. Gaslighting me when all I ask was to not be talked over. Completely absurd and uncalled for.

Great experience with Kaitlyn Bell, very friendly & professional, however, Branch Manager Kevin Nelson really needs coaching on Leadership Skills,Time Management & Housekeeping! It took a month to get back answer regarding Mortgage Refi Loan. I know of others that have experienced the same with Auto Loans. Not a good experience with this Branch!

I was there between 9am and 9:30 am. The line was long and slow; however it appeared two employees were tied up with their customers. They both had the same customers when I arrived as when I left. The employees were friendly and helpful.

This is by far the WORST branch in Greenville. Would give ZERO stars if I could. The wait times are ridiculous and the employees who run the drive thru are awful and rude. I have never had any trouble trying to deposit money/checks at any other locations but it seem that this location makes you jump through hoops or go around your elbow to get to your thumb. I will NEVER return to this location as long as I'm in Greenville!!!!

Hunter the bank teller is rude and disrespectful well tried to and then call himself being nice on the end of the conversation, I have plans on dealing with not branch Hemby Lane will no longer be a Permanent place for business

Came to open an account, and in not more than 15min Josh M. has collected my personal data, opened for me an account, took my picture and deposited my check. Pleasure to deal with a professional!
