Inconsiderate of appointment times. I had to wait, then my documents were passed to someone who’s never seen them before. Extreme disregard for information that involves a major decision. Choose another branch.

Lydia was absolutely helpful and super sweet and the customer service was just amazing. She’s people smart and very personable. :))))

Chelsea Rouleau was fantastic on assisting me with my auto loans and mortgage refinance. I have been with Secu for over 30 years and next to Trent Thompson Chelsea by far was the best I have ever worked with ... I had to throw Trent in there lol. Chelsea also help my wife with her mothers estate after her passing and was very friendly throughout the process. Secu you are very lucky to have such a wonderful person who truly cares about the members. Chelsea thank you, thank you, thank you your service hasn't gone unnoticed

Location is super clean and everyone is super nice. Waited for only short period of time before I was helped- never have to wait long and when going in line for a teller is never a long wait either. Usually helped right away.

Great location and great staff. They have a good setup and are well prepared for doing everything from taxes to standard checking. Never a long wait either. Much better than the Charlotte location.

They were very unhelpful in trying to cash a check
