When I first became a member of this credit union my information was put in wrong and had to return to the bank a total of three times to have the correct credentials on my account. Since then I have had issues with my debit card not working at certain stores. There is no way to call or contact a member of the bank directly you have to go through a automated system that will hang up on you or lose connection before you finished. I have also applied for a credit card and got a letter in the mail saying that I was approved but denied for certain reasons and cannot get in touch with anyone about it. The people in the Bank are very nice but I have never had this many issues with a credit union or bank before.

Talk about poor customer service. I went to the harrisburg location to inquire about debt consolidation. A huge turn off when the lobby is full of customers and an associate has to alert another that there are people waiting. Like really sir did someone have to come get you your office is surrounded by glass. Moving on to the lady who helped me. Now she was an class act. Prints credit report, starts under lining and circling items on the report but never showed me the report. Um again i came into the bank to learn about debt consolidation to repair my credit. Looks like this branch needs to repair its staff. Oh and the feedback. Instructed to pay off collections. Everyone knows before you do this, to try and negotiate with the original creditor. Rather or not my collection is paid wont help the credit score. Removing it does and if its simply paid, its updated to paid status and the time period of the account starts over. Now wonder I only use this bank for savings. They employ no brained people Will not return

I hate this credit union they won't let me do auto pay or pay with a debit card for my loan Everytime I try to call them no one ever answers. The most recent time trying to get in touch with them to pay my loan they said they'd call me back when it was my turn 24 hours later still nothing so then I called back and now I've been on hold for about an hour and guess what I'm still on hold. As soon as I get in touch with them I'm switch credit unions this is ridiculous.

if you aint late and dont have NSF just being responsible its a great credit union if you're not then go to woodforrest where they let you do whatever Truliant has been great to me and my family

Everyone needs a local bank and the big banks are just not for everyone anymore. Give Truliant Harrisburg branch a chance. They treat me like I’m important!

I went in to speak to a banker about adding to a CD. After tellers asking me twice why I wanted to see a banker l withdrew the CD and left.

in reference to Orlando you referred to them a bank they are no bank and I have never had an issues with any employee at the branch they are very friendly

I asked Debbie a question today and she answered my question before she made a smart comment at me. Terrible Customer Service.
