Extremely poor service. They do not clarify the documents required up front. After multiple trips, multiple requests, to date, I still do not have my own money transferred to me. Extremely unprofessional. BEWARE. Take your money anywhere else, if possible.

As expected - typical Indian bank. No service. Noone picks up the phones. Noone responds to emails. No customer service. Typical. Garbage service. How do they train these people?

I have no choice but to use this horribly bureaucratic bank. They never call back . You sure get the third world treatment here. The Worst and most Frustrated experience .

Very much satisfied with the recent visit to SBI, NYC. Ms. Khairi helped us a lot and had our work done so fast.

I tried to reach the customer service several times from last few weeks couldn't get through once, i left voicemails many many times as well never got a call back from them, i am about to close my account with them never saw such a terrible service in my life, they don't give a dam about their customers, someone should report them to BBB or they should shut down their branch and go back to India

I am trying to reach customer care from one of the phone number provided on website. It is giving me the answer that the number is not in service. I am so frusteded . It is very hard to talk to someone at this branch. Not happy

I tried to contact SBI NY but was kept on hold for about 45 minutes and no one came on phone line.It is very frustrating.I wanted to know the working hrs on 24th and 25th November,2016

They help customers even without any scheduled appointment in this condition 19 pendamic.
