many investors have been slaughtered by their activities. When that name shows up on a stock u own, you're fixing to lose a lot of money. They enable public companies to do some amazing stuff that seems to kill investors. I would never buy a stock or company that's used Wainwright.

They are doing toxic financings. The offerings are getting shorted most likely naked shorting. Look at Histogen (hsto) went from 5.00 to .12 cents. Their price target was 2.30. Should be investigated.

LOL I like to call them H.C Pumpwright. They come up with targets and buy ratings so they can sell shares. Never trust their "targets" because they will be a mile off. Complete clowns.

Every stock they touch drops 50-70% immediately! Recent example is Therma bright! Was 44 cents now they are 14 cents!

I call them HC scam.They coordinate with shorts and Managment.Pump the price up short it ,do a offering at 40% low ,sell it even and keep shorting it ,knowing that there will be no more news.Look at Novan,Cocrystal,Aikido,Aezs and many many others.

Worst company. they upgrade canoo goev stock when was 8 target 15 now after 2weeks 6.3 they most probably short when upgrade so they dumb stock do not trust them.
