They were so easy and accommodating to work with! Ronicka, the branch manager, was so personable, and she made me feel welcome and important from our very first phone conversation. I did not feel pressured to bank with Spero, and I appreciated the opportunity to take my time and be able to make the best decision for me and my banking needs. I chose Spero because I felt like family there.

I've been a member of Spero since before they change there Name of Anderson Federal Credit Union out on 24 for 10 yrs. Then when Spero took over I have been a member still. I love being a member the staff are awsome and incredible. They are so helpful and kind.They treat you like family. When you need a question answered, they always seem to know what you need. I love you all. Thank you all for being there for me for thru the the drive thru and inside. You are the bestest

This bank is seriously trash ! AFCU should have never merged. I had AFCU for a long time and then they come making everything difficult. Sadly closing my account . Actually I’m not sad because this bank is literally pitiful. Took 2 weeks just to get a debit card replaced & they always want to slap a fee on to every little thing.

I posted about how unhappy I was with the babk change. I am still not as impressed by Spero. But that said. Ms. Craig the manager at the pearman dairy branch is awesome. She took time and effort to make sure my accounts were right. I hope someone from the board of directors see this. She is only reason I am still banking there.

I had the most amazing experience with Ronicka Craig at this location. Her professionalism, customer oriented and her knowledge has made my decision to join Spero excellent. Please stop by and see her for you want regret it.

Will not answer phone for customer concerns. I never had this problem with Anderson Federal Credit Union. You all need to really address this issue and correct it. I've heard this complaint from a lot of your customers.

Was unable to log on to my account, branch manager made a in person appointment, and cleared everything up. Now all is good. Best service ever. Thank you Spero.
