    Can someone please tell me why this location only has 2 tellers working EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY knowing they’re going to have customers lined out of the building (on top of being the only bank ever to close early on a FRIDAY at 4:00) ?!?! Even on a regular business day this location is slow but Friday's are the worst. This is completely preventable with a little consideration for their customers by at least scheduling 3 tellers considering they have 4 teller stations … Meanwhile they always have AT LEAST 3-4+ other employees working in the building just standing around socializing with one another doing absolutely nothing to actually assist all the customers standing in line…THERE ARE CURRENTLY 21 people in line including myself. On top of this they charge my staff to cash their paychecks that are from THEIR OWN BANK. Needless to say I’ll be making a switch of banks this coming week as I’ve been waiting 3 months to see improvement and instead it just gets worst on every visit.

    EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY!!! Close early on Fridays, @ 4:00 PM, and of course, as usual, only 2 tellers working meanwhile 5 other employees just sitting or walking around aimlessly with nothing to do. Why???? Why, BOA, do you do this to your customers?! Pictures shown here is the line; there are currently 26 customers standing in line. I’ve currently been standing here for 8 minutes and haven’t moved up in line as the 2 tellers are still assisting the same 2 customers. Bank of America- can you PLEASEEEE make this better for your customers?! If you are going to close early on Friday, can you not at least assign 3 tellers (4 would be even better and more efficient) instead of just 2 every Friday? Your customers deserve better!!!     If you want personalized customer service don't come here. Went in requesting to talk to an account representative in person about a checking account issue. Teller stated that there would be no one available until the 15rth . I asked why and the only answer I got back was they were not at liberty to say. Ok, so I will take my liberties and accounts to another bank that cares about customer service. Also highly recommend if you are new to the area to go to a local bank and not a national chain. Local banks care more about their customers.

    This ATM never works is is constantly requiring repairs. Bank of America went out of the way to put in a second ATM then can't keep it operational. Typical for this bank and for this branch. I have another account at the credit union and the service, equipment, and everything else is far superior.

    Seems that Bank of America makes up their own rules now! I went in to cash a check from a client and according to them, non account holders can not cash checks over a certain amount. Money is money and it should not matter! I closed all of my accounts at BOA because of their horrible business practices and even worse customer service! When I asked for something showing that policy, they couldn’t produce anything! Figures!

    Pretty quick considering how packed it was , just hate how they put the two drive thru ATMs in the same lane and it causes you to about wreck if there are people who risk rushing or want to get out before you. People are rude in the drive thru ATMs nowadays

    Went this morning to get a direct deposit slip for a job and a clerk at the desk was rude Bc my address wasn’t the same as on my license? So she had a nasty attitude the whole time I stood in front of her.. why work with the public if your goin to be rude?

    Filled out online mortgage application just to see where I was etc. However, loan representative basically didn’t care to help me at all. Yet my credit was ran for nothing because I never got an return email or call telling me what I needed to do or if I needed to contact someone else for help. Makes me really think twice about staying with BOA!!

    I can truly understand why these locations are dwindling away , I come from a period in which service meant service. Not rude ,demeaning, condescending people making fun of the very people who they are employed to serve. I have always been in support of the human, not android workers ,BUT I would make an exception for This location . Please Retrain Your Staff!!!!

    I’m just going to give them a one star. Even though we have a business account with them for many years. Not very helpful at Bank of America. Their outside tellers not open, I had to stand in line outside in the hot sun last time I went for 20 minutes. I can continue writing many more things that suck with this bank but I won’t. 🤷‍♀️ I’m done......
