They have a bad attitude and act like they don't want to be bothered with people. If you call them to ask a question, they'll give you the run around. I wish I knew the name of this one female that works there who is always looking at people crazy. Other title loan places seem to know that their customer service is bad. If you must use Speedy Cash, don't use the Ann St location.
