Did a loan here. Great rates on long term vehicle loans. Referred my son to get a credit card

Rude staff. I went in to close my account because I wasn’t using it…. So they started charging me $15 per month for “ an in active account”!?!? Then they told me I had to pay $20 to close my account.

I do not recommend this bank. The staff does not seem to be very well trained and is not very familiar with the ins and outs of the company. You also can never get through to someone on the phone and will most likely have to go in person if you want to talk to someone. I would highly recommend Sandra Laboratory Federal Credit Union if you’re looking for a bank!

I went to apply for a new account & felt that Christine wasn't knowledgeable enough in her position. She had to keep asking her manager every time I had a question. She also kept me on the phone while she tried to print documents, while I waited I got to listen to her speak with whomever was helping her fix the printer . Very surprised by the lack of professionalism.

Took like 2 hours to actually talk to someone over the phone, eventually when it finally did happen it was awful. Customer service isn’t it with this place.

Very unprofessional. Treated like a number.
