Southern Pawn & Jewelry Knight Arnold Rd, Memphis

I have been a frequent pawn shop goer for the past 10 years. I used to deal with Cash America ans EZ Pawn because I didn't have much of an option. I always had to put up with their dirtiness, their terrible, TERRIBLE customer service, and the difficulty of shopping due to scatter of items thrown on the ground. But then one day i came across Southern Pawn and Jewelry. And let me tell you, hands down this is the best retail store I have ever step foot into, pawn shop or not. The employees in there are phenomenal. It didn't take them 5 seconds from me walking through the door for every employee to greet me and make me feel wanted in there. The store is the nicest, most user friendly store I've ever shopped through. they are always in the mood to make a deal. everything about this place is fabulous. i highly recommend that if you are a frequent pawn shop goer, no matter how far you live, you choose this place to stop into first. you will not be disappointed

Awesome place! I love their jewelry. Traveled all the way from Clarksville, TN to get what I wanted. Totally worth it! We made a double trip... One to pick out my ring, the other to pick it up from sizing. Chris is an awesome guy and very helpful! Emily is a gem and so sweet! We will definitely be back there. Well worth the trips!

Recently came in to find a vacuum cleaner and the staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. They let me test the vacuum cleaner before I used it and didn't pressure me one bit. Come in and see This and/or Ms. Jackie and they'll take care of you. Awesome people!

Chris was a likable guy and to the point with what was what. We negotiated a fair price for my items and I can honestly say that I will be going back to them when I have something to sell and am in the area. Great selection of goods for sale too!

I found this place on Google and saw it had great reviews. Went in and was not disappointed! I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was pawning some stuff and the guy was extremely nice and gave me some money for my things. Will definitely return to pawn or to buy.

Customer service is by far the best I've experienced locally. They were very helpful, and knowledgeable to my needs. I was very satisfied that they were willing to answer all my questions. They have great deals. I only looked for the jewelry as i normally do in pawn shops and bought a beautiful pearl ring. I will definitely be going back in the future as they have great costumer service. I totally recommend going there.

Great place to buy and sell. Chris, the owner, is very friendly, helpful, and fair. All the reviews are true....this shop is customer focused. Don’t bother with the other places. This is the place to go.
