    My wife and I opened a Checking and savings account several years ago after 2 unnamed banks had found ways of charging for overdrafts in very creative ways. We have never had any issues like this since we have opened our account with South Metro. I can't tell you how happy I am with the service I received from both Jamie and Megan when we opened an auto loan. They worked with me to find the best payment to fit my budget and were very understanding of my credit situation. Most banks have lost their ability to work this close with the client.

    I worked for a Credit Union back in Utah and while I was there all employees were trained in how to process payments for members regardless of loan type. Additionally tellers could answer almost any questions that involved the overall account itself. While specific loan questions and details would require a loan officer there was rare a time where a teller or Member Service Rep couldn’t help. Yet, EVERY time I call I’m told “sorry we can’t do that on the frontline. Let me get you to another department.” After being transferred there I’m told “I’m sorry they got you to the wrong person let me get you to someone else.” This person is usually not there or is also not able to help! I’m sorry but this is the WORST financial institution I’ve ever felt with. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HELP YOUR MEMBERS!

    I have been CU member for over 10 yrs, and always have been treated with respect. Chris, shi and Ruth, just to name a few of the ladies who Always greet me by name and even inquiry about my family. I would recommend South Metro to anyone. Thank so much and keep up the good work!!!!!

    BE AWARE- Company policy for NOT investigating suspicious activity on checking/savings accounts. There was a debit and credit that was NOT recognized by the client. Spoke with the fraud department and the representative was rude and incompetent. Been a member for over 20 years and no recognition for loyalty. I will be removing my funds and banking at an alternate Financial institution.

Even so, there are some transactions that can go unnoticed, especially when it is both a debit and then credit. In order to dispute a debit card transaction you would have to call our card issuer, CO-OP at 1-888-662-6208. We will also be looking into this situation to see if further training would help ensure that we are always giving the best and highest quality of service that you have come to expect from all of our employees.     I love going here. Friendly Service. I left Well Fargo because of being scammed and went here. They treat you as a member not a customer like most banks do. I recommend this place to anyone.

    I had the worst experience with Us bank they are crooks and have the worst management that is very rude. I think they really enjoy stealing your hard earned money like they did to me . I had a personal account after splitting up with my soon to be x wife. We had a joint account for paying bills with. They never told me my personal account could be drained for unpaid money my x had on our joint account. They let her write bad checks and told me I couldn't take my name off until she was paid in full . The bank for sure had my number and email, address they waited until I had $1200 that I was saving to fix my car and took it all.plus I have to pay 180$ for the rest she owes. I was devastated had no money to go to work or buy food all my bills were due the day they took it from me . There staff was very rude telling me they have all the right to do that. When I opened that account I asked that no one including my wife can not get to my money.they lied and never warned me that they can take it from me . I work really hard for my money I have a learning disability so they have no idea how hard it is to understand all the fine print bs they had me sign. I really enjoy this bank they are friendly and answer any questions I may have. I m disappointed in US bank I will never go to a Vikings game because of the name on that place.
