I had a wonderful experience today. Just signed up for my account and I was helped by Tawni who was an absolute delight. Can’t wait to be a SCU member for life.

Tawni was such a lovely agent, Very helpful in every way, took the time to explain everything about our account and just made us understand every detail of what we need to know, She’s amazing and we loved opening our new account with her😊

My branch manager Brandi Seay worked with me for about 3 hours to help facilitate a loan using my truck as collateral. Had to iron out some wrinkles but she stayed the course and got it done. I am very happy with the service she provided to help me secure this loan. VERY HAPPY!!!!

I love this branch. Always helpful and pleasant. I would recommend them to everyone. I have NEVER had any racist issues when signing my elderly friend up whom is Korean and doesn't speak good English. They treat her great. Keep up the great work!!

I needed some written confirmation of an apparent policy regarding deposits. Apparently the situation had never come up before. my teller, Kristina, tried to find from available sources what I needed. But to no avail. She then got on the phone and tried calling several people up the corporate ladder to find what I needed. When she ran out of options, She then went to the branch manager, Brandi, for further guidance. After several phone calls, they were able to get me the written confirmation of the policy as had been in practice for some time. The true professionalism of both of these people is to be highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

Had a car loan with a co signer through a different bank and I wanted a refinance. During my appointment with Brandy Seay she was able to not only do a refinance with a better rate and lower payment but was able to get it Refinanced under just my name, no co signer!
