Harborstone Credit Union Lake Grove St, Lakewood

Today I worked with Desiree to resolve several issues with my account number 495415. Both issues were resolved to our mutual satisfaction. She was extremely competent and incredibly pleasant. Harborstone is fortunate to have such a competent representative.

Yesterday I contacted Harborstone after hitting a major clitch with online access to my accounts. The representative, Desiree, was patient and kind as we continued to try to resolve the issue. She was pleasant and a joy to work with. We managed to get the problem resolved and everything is back operating smoothly. I recommend Harborstone to everyone.

I called to verify some information with my loan and Alexis was super helpful. When the wait time to get an answer was very long she offered to call me back as soon as she got an answer. She called back and gave me the information I needed. Really refreshing to have someone make good on their promise to call back.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of talking with Alexis hope listened to my concerns because I had ordered a new debit card and requested it be expedited for which I paid $75. My original request was on February 8th and the delivery date given was 3 to 5 business days. Needless to say I did not receive my new. I had to call Harborstone to find out why I had not received my new card. Alexis listen to my concerns and she was very apologetic. She promised me that she would research my issue and if necessary have a new card sent out to me and send me an email with the tracking number. She true to her word. I received the email stating that a new card was overnighted with the tracking number. My new card was delivered today. I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciate her help. Thank you 😊!!!

I find it very sad that in today's society so many can all take time out of their day to criticize and be negative but rarely to say thank you. Well I am writing to say a huge THANK YOU to Julie M in the Contact Center. I misread a transaction and with no judgement she explained things wonderfully and resolved the issue. My mother started working at McChord Credit Union in 1965. Back in those days any of us kids could call the branch and ask to talk to our mommy and we would be transferred to the right mommy. Julie's customer service skills reminded me of those days. She cares about the member, which in turns reflects so positively on Harborstone Credit Union. Thank you Julie for making my day a little bright and Thank you Harborstone for allowing her to be an excellent representative.

Desiree was awesome. She took her time and solved all of my concerns with my account. She was very pleasant, professional, courteous,and knowledgeable. She turned my stress into happiness and gratitude.Thank you

She stuck with me through the issue until it was resolved even waited for me to get through some email encryption hurdles all with a friendly attitude and full knowledge of how to help. Highly recommend harborstone bank they have been awesome and I’ve never had any issues with them in six years. Just recently spoke with customer service with a lady named Desiree Jordan and she was amazing!

The only reason I say 4 instead of 5 is because the first phone rep I got in contact with immediately hung up on me, then I played phone tag with 2 other reps, but it was due to a system error. Every other rep aside from whoever hung up on me was courteous and understanding and respectful, even the chat rep was amazing.

De'Angeles was an amazing and fun person to have helping me. She was very patient and extremely knowledgeable as well as extremely efficient with her work. When you have people like her working for a company like yours, you should always appreciate and take of them because it's Beautiful Souls like hers that keeps businesses like yours in business.
