If I could give them a zero I would. As an employer, we deposited money into our 401K that is missing. After 30 days, the matter is not resolved and we are chasing them to get answers. No sense of urgency or concern. I just filed a formal complaint with the Department of Labor and understand there are many. I am not surprised.

It's absolutely mind boggling to me that a financial services company that handles large amounts of cash doesn't have a fraud or emergency customer service line available for escalations 24/7. I had a significant fraud scare at a very reasonable hour (7pm on a Monday) and couldn't reach anyone on the Slavic team. Their website is useless for even submitting a request and their phone line goes to one single extension for customer service with no option to leave any information or escalate an issue. My next step will be contacting my congressman to ask for legislation requiring all financial service companies to comply with some sort of customer fraud escalation process 24/7 - seems like this would be more or less in line with existing consumer protection legislation. Watch out Slavic - the regulators will be coming for you!

My response to your response. After weeks of being on hold, lack of call backs, a few emails. We're at the exact same place. You provided me the instructions I followed to the minute,...sent my check, received my check while finding out you sent off my funds to another provider... all while providing no communication or accountability and the side benefit on being on hold for decades multiple times... and expecting me to eat 10K in capital gains. What a crock. Someone needs to step up here Latest and greatest: They actually did step up to the plate. Finally called, walked me through the issues and next steps. It took a while, but they did a make good.

I called them on paying leaving my company and paying off my loan so I wouldn't have to pay capital gains. I followed every step and date, sent them a cashiers check. They sent it back. I called and tried to figure out what's going on. They promised me an email and a call after finally connecting after multiple times on hold and asking for their "automated callback" which never happened. Still waiting three days later. Looks like I'll be on hold again soon and do it all over again. Ugh :(

How does this company stay in business? I did not choose them, my former employer chose them. I don't work there anymore and now it's time to do a rollover. I worked with financial consultant to get paperwork submitted A MONTH AGO!! They said check would be sent in about 10 days. No check. Now trying to follow up AND NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER! Won't answer emails, can't reach rep, and automated phone system is a joke. Request a callback, which never comes, or stay on hold for hours, hoping someone picks up. So frustrated and looking for other ways to reach them, I came across the reviews. Horrible service. If I could rate them a zero, I would. Stay away, if you can.

5/12/2022 - Update to my review. I called this morning and spoke to "customer service", which that's a joke calling themselves that. The screen shot below is from the Slavic portal Funds Being Sent (Check or ACH) ESTIMATED TIME: 2 DAYS Your funds have been sent to you via the method you selected when submitting your request. ACH transfers are typically received within 1 business day, and checks within 3-6 business days. When I advised the girl that the portal has been saying this since Monday and I still do not have my funds, which I opted for ACH, she said the Estimated time is the minimum and not the maximum time. I stated that this is misleading and she said "yeah, is there anything I can help with?" Since she was no help at all I hung up......#FreeMyMoney I submitted a loan request on 4/26 and selected ACH as the method to receive my funds. The process seemed to be moving along rapidly until it came to the fund trading. The tracker, which only works part of the time, showed a 2-day estimate which actually took closer to a week. The funds have been and the tracker now shows funds being sent, estimated time 2-days. from the tracker: "Your funds have been sent to you via the method you selected when submitting your request. ACH transfers are typically received within 1 business day" this has been the status since Friday, 5/6. Today is 5/11, 3-business days from the 6th and I still do not have my funds! They charge an extra fee to receive funds by ACH, since it's supposed to be faster. HA! My employer chose this company and I'm going to let them know how horrible the service, for lack of better word is. In reading the other NEGATIVE reviews I understand those people's frustrations.

This company is horrible.I requested my funds to be distributed on 5/13. The funds have been traded and settled since 5/24 & have yet to be deposited in my account. The customer service reps give the same response " we have 10 -15 days to complete your request". If my funds are traded and available, why just let them sit and wait until the last day possible. it's unbelievable how they handle customers'requests/funds with no regards.

It is impossible to get in contact with someone. No email back nor call back. Horrible experience. Unfortunately, this is the company my employer uses for our 401k. Update:my withdrawal request was approved 7 days ago and the funds still haven’t been deposited into my bank. I also sent a message on Facebook as suggested-no response.

Hands down the worst 401k provider! No communication and they cancelled my plan without alerting me. Told another colleague that they were cashing out my balance without letting me know and when I called they could not provide any information or call me back. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ridiculous. They charge you a $65 fee to rollover your amount, their site breaks constantly, and in the year of our lord 2022 require you to PRINT and WET SIGN a document. No e signature. HR firms - AVOID at all costs! You’d be better off keeping your employee’s money in a shoebox under your bed.
