    I liked them UNTIL I had to SIMPLY change my account information from one bank to another and they won't take my money I've called and talked to them, they hit my credit line because THEY wouldn't take a verbal account number from me, nope it has to be mailed in so don't switch your bank account ever or else you won't be able to pay. I HATE SKYONE. Enjoy my ugly face on your Google A$$h○/es!

    It's an okay credit union. I dislike that customer service isn't 24/7. If your card is locked you have to wait until business hours. New cards take longer than 7 days to be mailed out. There isn't any sister banks you can walk into if needed, just this one location. You download the mobile app, which isn't that great, and in order to add card to a digit wallet you've to download another app of theirs. It's all a bit much.

    Do not finance with sky one!! They have been nothing but problems from the start. I am set up on auto payments and every single month they say I’m late, and now I’m owing 3 payments even though they take my payments out every month. Very sneaky company, that won’t even answer the phone.

    After a hard inquiry on my credit report with a perfect history and 800+ score, SkyOne wanted a copy of my driver's license, a pay slip, and bank statements over email. I will choose another financial institution that values my time and security.

First, we'd like to make it clear that hard inquiries are required when one applies for credit. If you didn't apply for credit, we will never do a hard inquiry. Next, security is one of our top priorities. We ask for proof of identification to help mitigate fraud. We also do this to help keep your accounts safe from fraudsters. These steps are somewhat time consuming, but necessary to keep our member's account safe and sound.     There's tons of hidden fees if you have a small account. I was a faithful customer for years and one day I started getting charge after charge for seemingly nothing. I called and asked about it and the guy who answered said the fees were listed in their change in ToS which was sent out 1 month before, and they could only be waived by starting a line of credit or refinancing through them. He was also a jerk about it the whole time and blamed me for not already having a line of credit. The next customer service rep I contacted to get full transcripts of my account from day one was very helpful. That's the only reason for the +1 star.

    Ridiculously BAD customer service! I was the victim of identify theft, and they are still sending me to a collection agency. I have called them MULTIPLE times to discuss this. Rep said a Manager would call me back and then NEVER did. The last time I called, they said the account and matter had been closed down. So, I thought that was the end of it, but low and behold, I get another letter from them saying I'm being sent to collections and that this fraudulent account will be reported on my credit report. I've told you I was a victim of identify theft and you still want to send me to collections? All I can say is BRING IT!!!

    I was very impressed with the level of service that I received at SkyOne Federal Credit Union. I had recently changed jobs and was looking to re-invest my 401K. I made an appointment with Geoff Palenik, Financial Advisor at the Hawthorne branch. Geoff took the time to really get to know me and understand my financial situation before tailoring solutions to fit my needs. He asked all of the right questions and really took the time to explain my options. I ended up making a second appointment once I finalized my decision. It was refreshing to feel that I wasn't being pushed or rushed into a decision. When I returned, Geoff had all of the paperwork ready for me and really made the process, effortless! I feel confident that Geoff had my best interest in mind

    I have been a member since 1968 and no matter where I go {both work and pleasure} I can always depend and rely on my association with this credit union. Now that I am retired I still am completely happy and satisfied with the services even though they are not local - hence I also belong to a local federal credit union.
