All the staff I've interacted with were very nice and professional. I prefer going to this branch compared to others because they're always welcoming and respectful towards their clients.

Very Rude and unprofessional. Not only to the customers but to their own colleagues as well. Today I went in to the bank to take out an advance and the sweet girl, hermonah I believe was her name (who was wonderful by the way) Was rushed by another colleague in a rude manner. It seems like Hermonah might be new cause I haven’t seen her before but she was very professional and nice to me. To be honest she would be the reason I’d come back there for customer service and the only reason.

Tellers are good but understaffed Bankers are a waste of time The bankers at this branch did not actually do anything during my visit, and are not properly informed of Chase policies I went to open a credit card with my girlfriend and they told us to apply online because it’s quicker. I asked about upgrading my checking account to Sapphire Checking and they accidentally upgraded me without applying the 60,000 point promotion I asked about transferring Ultimate Rewards points and was told it’s impossible, which is incorrect, you simply have to designate the other person as a member of your household All in all, going in to this branch was a total waste of time and resulted in negative work

Very poor customer service at this Chase bank location! Run! I asked the teller if they have a restroom so my toddler can go potty and the teller rudely said Not Allowed for the public. I just made a deposit minutes ago. This teller was a black female with a ghetto heavy African accent. I have never been treated so poorly from a Chase bank. I will avoid this location and I recommend you do your business at another location who offers excellent customer service. There’s many Chase banks in the area.

Customer service is trash!! Eulises Martinez (Branch Manager) was very rude and disrespectful. I've been coming to this branch for several years and have never been treated this way. If this is the kind of people chase has to offer then I will be taking my business elsewhere very unprofessional

It’s close to the house. Almost convenient.

Staff is super friendly and I was able to go in and out with no problem. Really appreciate that they are willing to help while this pandemic.

Rita seems very unhappy with her job. Bad for Chase's image and reputation.

I thought I was the only one. This place is really bad, they don't seem to care at all about customer service.
