You need to put on the marque that your ATM is down. It is down quite a bit and people get charged up to 5 dollars to use Another banks ATM. It's not right.

Watch your banking account daily, within a couple days after signing up for overdraft protection they took a $29 overdraft fee out of my account when I had money in it. Their response was sometimes the system makes errors. This happened several more times over months and their response was well we gave it back when you called didn't we? I did actually overdraft my account and they charged me the $29 twice, same answer. We gave it back when you called. If anyone else has had this problem post it please.
Mr. Kent: Thank you for sharing, and you're right to track your account balances. If you ever see anything listed that you have a question about, please feel free to contact us at 618-457-3595.

Keep a CLOSE eye on your account. They will cause you to overdraft your account and then not even tell you that it happened til it was already almost 30 days into being overdrafted. Then you can ask about reopening your account and get told by one person that you can and you need so much then get to the bank and get told something totally different. WORST banking experience of my whole life
We're sorry you had a bad experience. We recommend members always keep track of their accounts and read all correspondence to make sure there's no confusion as well. We also suggest that members periodically check to make sure they have up-to-date contact information listed on their accounts.

Crooks took my saving for inactivity fees without notifying me! A letter, email , courtesy call or some type of heads up would have been nice but i guess this is how they treat their customer! Not a very good business moto!!! Hope it helps you sleep better at night!!!
Our policy, like many financial institutions, states that if the account remains inactive for a set amount of time, then there would be a fee assessed. Once this time of inactivity was reached, these fees were assessed and the account was closed in September of 2019. This was shared by mail to your last known address on file, email and/or text, if you supplied us with that information. It was also shown on your quarterly statements, as well as our Disclosure statement you signed when the account was opened.

Please provide a phone number for members using the Metropolis branch. I bank locally, I want to easily speak to someone at my local branch! Why would this not be possible?
Mr. Davis: Thank you for reaching out. We channel all of our call volume through our Call Center, in order to best serve our members. Specific employees may not be available when you're requesting to speak with them. If needed, a call center representative can redirect your call after dialing 800-449-7301 or 618-457-3595.
