Simmons Bank Baseline Rd, Little Rock

I had good experiences. Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is to even out the rating. They don't deserve 1 star because I have dealt with banks that deserve to PAY ME for doing business with them. this bank is not them, they have help me when I have had problem and so far I have nothing but compliments for this branch. My true rating is 4.

This is actually the second time I've had disappointing experience that this particular bank. The first time, I was in a rush and accidentally left my card in the ATM. I got a phone call not too long after saying that my card was left in the ATM and I could come inside to pick it up. When I arrived, I asked to speak with someone about retrieving my card. Nobody could find it. After they couldn't find, they just gave up and gave me the gesture as if they were saying, "Sorry, better luck next time." I needed my card. Apparently the person who called me didn't give them my card to give to me. So he when he finally gave it to me, he says, "Oops I'm sorry, I guess I wasn't moving fast enough." The second time, I had made a deposit into my account during the afternoon. Usually when I make my deposit during the afternoon, the money appears in my account that same day. Well it didn't. So when I called, the young lady told me that I wouldn't be able to get my deposit until Monday because they had already serviced the machines that morning. Of course that didn't make any since to me because I have made deposits SEVERAL times before and have never had this problem. I had bills that were due THAT DAY!!!

I have no idea what their job duties are nor what they actually be doing inside.......but either way these mfs slow af. I waited in line almost 20 minutes. Stevie Wonder could work faster than them and I'll put money on that.

Branch manager has me looking for a new bank to do business. She is very rude and does not care about her customer experience. The worst banking personnel ever.

Very friendly people who helped create an account that fits my personal needs and gave me a little more piece of mind.
