Has 1 atm outside, and only 1 inside that doesn't even work. Customers have to park in the back parking lot and walk past the exit to get to the front entrance, while employee parking is right next to the front doors.

There is few spanish ladies that they feel like the bank owners, I been there couple times and never can get done any transaction The last time I was there I just tried to cash my paycheck and they asked me for my passport, my Identification and they sent me a security code to my phone to finish all this history the Hispanic woman told me that I could only deposit it even though I had a considerable amount of money in my two checking accounts here I confirm THE WORST ENEMY OF A HISPANIC IS ANOTHER HISPANIC!!!!! Worst service ever I will never come back to this location!!!!!!!

I went into the branch at 8200 Geyer Springs on Tuesday 11/24/2020 around 3pm inquiring about a notary service. The teller informed me that since the paperwork didn’t have a notary block that I couldn’t get it notarized. I had further questions as I was confused since I had that same paperwork notarized at that location before. I asked when that had changed, if that was a Bank of America policy or a notary policy, and what a notary block was. The teller couldn’t tell me when it had changed, or exactly what a notary block was. In fact, she told me that she couldn’t explain it and that I could Google it to see what it looked like. I inquired further as I still didn’t have the answers regarding the notary service I was seeking, at which time she repeated that it’s hard to explain and that’s why she told me I could Google it. I then spoke with a manager and voiced my dissatisfaction at being told to Google information about a service that the bank offers. As a customer, I find that highly inappropriate. The teller could have said she didn’t know and referred me to a manager; instead she seemed exasperated with me asking and told me to look it up myself basically. I was expressing my experience to the manager when the teller interrupted me from 2-3 stations down to yell “no I didn’t!” This was as I was still speaking to the manager telling her my experience! I also found this very rude and disrespectful, highly inappropriate for a place of business. The manager was able to answer my questions thoroughly. She informed me that this was a Bank of America policy, and that the policy had changed a couple of month’s ago. She explained to me what a notary block was and even told me another location in the community where they didn’t require one and where I could get my document notarized. This to me is a coaching moment. All employees at this location need to be trained to answer customer questions directly with correct information or to simply be honest and state that they don’t know and refer the customer to someone who might have the information they seek. Customers should NEVER be told to “Google it” in my opinion. Employees at this location should be briefed on the correct information regarding notary block and notary service policy changes so that when customers ask, they have that information. Lastly, employees should be trained to NEVER interrupt a customer who is talking to a manager, not them, to argue or deny the experience the customer is stating they had. I’m sure Bank of America has cameras and mics to prevent robberies, so if a customer was blatantly lying I’m sure that could be proven by the employee after the fact. However, in this case, the recording would actually prove my experience to be true. Managers should also be briefed to reprimand employees who interrupt customers while speaking and to make sure all employees have been coached and trained in all the services offered by the bank, including but not limited to the notary service.

Called EIGHT times today at different times of the day (NOT 12:00PM - 1:00 PM), wanting to speak to a human being. All eight times I was given a message to the effect that they were busy with other customers. There is NO provision to wait on hold or to leave a message. Tried 2 other branch locations in Little Rock at least 2 times each... same thing! I am a 30 year customer of Bank of America. Their corporate hq phone customer support is excellent as well as their online banking, checking & credit card services. For what I needed on this occasion, I needed to speak to a branch manager and could not use the corporate number in this rare instance. May GOD help you if you need to call a local Little Rock branch, as there is NO one available to talk to. Sad

I've tried for almost 2 weeks, no one answers the phone. I live 30 minutes away and would rather ask my one question over the phone. Its ridiculous to drive that far to just ask a question or to set up web appointment for a single question. I may switch banks.

Inappropriate and Unprofessional customer service!! Rude employees don’t have the information you seek and will tell YOU to “Google it”, then argue and interrupt you when you speak to a manager.

There is constantly a line for the ATM. If the machines were positioned differently there wouldn’t be an issue.
