Made a payment online....early...and more than the amount due. Was given a confirmation number only to get a call stating that my payment was due. Called re-payment in and physically gave checking information to rep....including a " returned payment fee for initial payment...was given a confirmation number and told that the payment went thru. A couple of days later I noticed that the money was still in my account so I called and was told that the payment was showing complete and to give it a few more days due to the holiday. Next day received a call stating that my payment was now due. Spoke with a rep and was told that "I" continued to give them incorrect banking info. New payment amount was given to me.. with ADDITIONAL fees. I was going to make the payment over the phone with my credit card but was advised against it. I am extremely leary about this company now. I've spoken to the dealership about this company and is now in the process of contacting additional sources to investigate. The professionalism is awful and I feel as if there is something VERY WRONG with this company. The dealership has stated that they are going to look into it and I am going to make sure that they do.

Do not get a loan from this company... I mean if you want to throw your money away then go right ahead.. I have made four payments of 1200 dollars so far.. and they kept half for interest... I'm so mad right now.. I will not care about my credit.. I will not pay 30000 for a used car... worst place ever......

I paid off my car loan 2 months ago and have not received the title which they said would come in 2-4 weeks. I tried to call and they have sold out to another company who told me they don't have access to my account and no contact information.😒😠

I have been with them 7 months no prob there insterest rate is high true beacuse they are second change.I got my car with a credit score 520 no co signer and with only 700 down payment with only 2 months with my job so they are pretty good i pay 270 a month.

This company should be closed down.... your paying then more for interest then you are the car itself....there making people who want to better there credit and making if worse for them....please call bbb and let everyone know never to deal with this company.. just go to a buy here pay here kind of place..and I will continue to make bad reviews until this place will be shut down...I just checked my statements and have paid 1200 and only 300 have went towards my payments... time to lawyer up...

Terrible company...interest rate is high! Will take you forever to pay for a mediocre vehicle...if I could I'd give it back in a heartbeat! Just go somewhere else make it easier for yourself and save money!

Had a great experience with Sierra. We had great customer service. Payed on time and never had any issues. Would definitely recommend to friends and family with credit issues.

I have been with them since November 2015. I haven’t had not one problem with them. Maybe it’s because i pay my payments on time. But i really donlike this company!!

The worse auto-loan company you can deal with. Every single time I call them, they "NEVER" work with you, even if all your payment have been on time for years. Instead, you get an angry woman. Stay away!
