Great experience with D&H lending. Fairly complex VA loan, but Daniel and Hugo did a great job staying on top of the details and keeping the process moving. Highly recommend if you're looking for a trustworthy place to handle your loan.

Extremely impressed with D&H! They made this the simplest re-fi that I've ever had. Easy to work with, efficient, friendly, and very responsive. Their technology also makes everything easy (1 simple site to upload any requested documents). I highly recommend D&H.

D&H Lending and Daniel Fullrich were great to work with. The communication was very good and their rates were at least 0.375 less than anyone else. Already referred to others who have also closed and they were just as happy as me. Regardless if you are looking to purchase or refi you definitely need to give these guys a call.

I was referred to Daniel from D&H Lending by my coworker and we had a great home buying experience. Not only did he get me approved for a much better interest rate but he got me approved for a conventional loan instead of an FHA loan. For those of you who may not know, an FHA loan has a permanent PMI while a Conventional Loan gets rid of the PMI after you make so many payments. The whole team at D&H Lending was great and if we ever have the opportunity to purchase another home we will come back tho them.
