Dennis was a great salesman, I came in one day just to test drive and we did just that, didn't try to pressure me into buying that day! We emailed back and forth once I decided on what I wanted which was the Subaru Forester so most of the process was settled beforehand and I didn't have to spend hours in the dealership when making the purchase! A very positive experience!

Utilized TrueCar buying services and found not one but two vehicles at amazing deals in January and March 2021. Dennis facilitated each transaction professionally and was communicative via email on the second purchase. After each vehicles’ selection process, two unique negotiating processes were had. Miscommunication and misunderstandings were overcome resulting in amicable resolutions ending in the purchase of two vehicles.

My husband and I are VERY disappointed with this place! We had an appointment today to see a particular vehicle. We were prepared to write a check for the purchase price of the vehicle, which my daughter had been quoted. However, when we arrived, we were told that the vehicle was no longer there and had been sold to another dealership!! We left and were called back and told that the car could be transferred back, but at a price of $1,300 more! Not good business practices guys! I would avoid this place and take my business elsewhere.

Spencer was awesome to work with. He is easygoing, considerate, and made the process comfortable. I went in knowing I wanted a used forester with low miles and a couple features. Saturday he had one fully cleaned and ready to test drive--I bought it!

Just purchased my 5th vehicle from Sharrett. Number six will be rolling out in less than two months. My 2018 Legacy was totaled in an accident and I contacted Wanda, the internet sales consultant, to replace it with an identical (but one year newer) Legacy. She had the exact car I wanted within three work days. We agreed on the price and a time for delivery. When I went to pick up my new Subaru, everything was completed in less than one hour. I have been using Sharrett service for nearly a decade. They are honest and conscientious. I do not foresee purchasing a vehicle elsewhere or using a different dealer's service facility at any time in the future. Sharrett Subaru is 5 Stars ALL THE WAY.

Buying a vehicle is eventually a must, a great experience is rare! Great salesman, Leo! Great open negotiations with the salesmanager, Ronnie! This experience was without the normal things that make the purchase a painfull all day event. Vehicle selection met our needs. An all around great experience! Sheehy is now on my goto list for Vehicle purchases.

We were considering trading our car in for a Crosstrek and the prices, interest and services were great and no surprises. We have used this dealership for several years for purchasing and maintaining our vehicles and they are great.
