The employees are not knowledgeable about anything they offer. They are lazy. I had to ask several times about a loan the kept trying to encourage me to go online. The entire time I was in the lobby talking to the uninterested and unknowing staff. The Manager never came out of his office. I asked to speak with him he wrote my name on a sticky and said next week he would have Mark I believe his name was call me needless to say. I never heard from anyone.. I started my account at the University branch. This one is closer but pathetic.

Nothing but issues from day one. I will not be banking with them again. Most recently called them about a loan on Thursday. Never responded to my calls or emails. Will be pulling all my accounts from this bank including my mortgage. I have made many attempts to work with them. But seems to me that they are understaffed and very lazy. Once was at the Salisbury NC location and couple in front of me was told it would be 3 hours before someone would be available to help them. When they inquired as to why this was the case. The door greeter stated the employees were all out to lunch. Just for a simple transaction, I had to wait 30 mins in line. I can only speak for the Salisbury location as well as the home office. The staff seems to be lazy and very ignorant when dealing with customers. And I am being polite. I could go on for hours on the negative issues I have had with this bank in just several months. Bank some place else.

Wow I was looking for a credit union bank but I’ll pass since I read all these negative comments! Sounds like they need to shut down !😂😂

The Park Rd and University locations are night and day. I went to Park Rd for a cashier’s check and the teller scrutinized each transaction on my account, then asked me where I got a recent deposited check from. As a teller, you can see the check origin. When I asked her why, she said she just was asking 🤔 I’m an independent contractor with varying income sources, some large some small. The particular transaction she inquired about was from a state education savings fund for my son. I’m confident she saw the source on her end. Be more transparent and welcoming. I never ever have this issue at University. The team there is friendly, welcoming & work quickly to help me. I’ve only been to Park Rd twice and will not be returning to this location if I can help it.

I really enjoy doing business with this bank. They treat me like family and help me with questions that I have and give great suggestions when it comes to my financial issues and financial needs!! Excellent job!!

Stay clear of this Credit Union if trying to get a loan, mortgage, or any other transaction that requires a credit pull. We waited over a month on a HELO with great credit and were lied to daily that it would just be another day or so...We were forced to open an account with them that included a fee to open that account. I believe it was $100 and was then turned down for some unknown reason. We got a $5 refund on that account. We then got our HELO approved with another bank in 3 days. This place is run by idiots. We are Credit Union members in another state with 3 businesses and great credit. The mortgage lender that referred us to them says they will never refer anyone to them again. Do yourself a favor. Find another bank to do business with.

My experience was courteous and prompt. I came in around lunchtime, i'm not a member, i tried to deposit cash via the atm to another credit unions account but it wouldn't let me. I then got in line, while i was waiting in line a representative came out of the office to see if he could help. I explained what was going on and he took the time (even though i was looking to deposit cash into another credit union and was not a member) to get me information that helped me find a branch (not atm) that would accept cash deposits. I consider this above and beyond, he could have told me what the other credit union did when i asked the same down the street (sorry we're not in that network we don't accept those here)

Credit union not having weekend or evening hours is a downfall. Savings account wouldn't allow me to deposit money using atm is also the craziest thing I've ever heard of! The mgr denied me for a checking but gave me a savings account. Smh 4 times- hmmm 🤔Think im going to go back to Truliant CU where I can get a checking and visa debit card. Disappointing

I hate this bank. PERIOD.wish I could give it negative 5 stars, customer service is terrible, and it is the most inconvenient bank I have ever banked with. Closed my account for no reason because there was no activity for 2months. Don't understand it, never will. Called the girl who signed up my account when I went and she still hasn't returned my call Yet 2weeks later- they gave me a atm card to use and it doesn't work and now it's locked because The pin doesn't work..I've already found another bank && will be Closing my account after my direct deposit kicks in at my new one But yea don't bank here,

I had a really good experience with the University location. Brynea Creer was extremely helpful. She stepped up and got the right people involved. I appreciated her help.
