Went online looking into refinance two properties, received a bunch of phone calls which isn't exactly what I expected nor wanted. Luke Hetrick was one that was lucky enough I entertained and glad I did as he did an excellent job and came in with the best deal on both properties compared to several other options. I spoke with several refinance agents and I can honestly say Carter Jones of ICG and his team were the best! They made the entire process go smoothly and quickly. At one point there were papers that needed to be printed, signed and returned and I do not have a printer. Carter Jones offered and did print the necessary forms and dropped them off to my home! Talk about going a step above! If you are thinking of refinancing I would recommend that you speak with Carter and his team they are patient, professional and if you have questions they take the time to explain making you feel comfortable to ask anything that you need addressed. ICG is the best!

Chris has been a huge help and as a couple who don’t have great computer skills, he has been a huge help.
