My first time here and last time. It seems like the ladies are on their period and show no hospitality. No greet, welcome, and talk very low. LADIES YOU ARE WEARING A MASK AND YOU ARE BEHIND A BULLET PROOF GLASS. When customer ask what did you say that means they didn't HEAR YOU 🤔. Treat customers with respect and you will be treated the same.

I am convinced that the positive reviews at this business come with incentives. There has not been a time that I have gone into this business and been greeted with pleasantries before or after; from these clerks. I find myself thanking them and telling them to “have a good day”; for patronizing THEIR business. And when you’re next in line. It’s a guessing game as to whether you should move forward to the window or not. Since the lack of enthusiasm with instructing you to; from some clerks, leaves you pondering if you should proceed. As a matter of fact; I equate this business to those of the Federal Government, ie DHS, DPS, Social Security, Post Office. It’s like they are doing you a favor for being there. One particular clerk today was unprofessional and disinterested in my concern. Borderline rude. I found it futile in attempting to speak with her any further; so I spoke with her supervisor. I don’t expect any change; as these reviews are mere formalities. Just like with the Government.

New in Houston, and had to cash my check from Landry's Corp. Kroger and Wal-Mart would not cash my measly little waitress check. It's Landry's Corp!! But Senor Check was more than HAPPY to help!!! AWESOME SERVICE!!! The woman who helped me, and I had a HUGE laugh at the nationwide corporations who would not cash a check signed by the man who owns a massive restaurant chain, casinos, and the Houston Rockets!!! 🤣🤣 I will always go back to Senor Check cashing! Thanks for awesome SERVICE!

Sign says 1% to cash checks.Gentelman saw my check and meno read "Refund" so that fell in a different check cause he charged $15.00 on a check if $167.00 So he scanned it and said my company won't cash it cause it was my first time and I signed it before I walked in.Uf you don't cash it how am I supposed to be a regular customer.Dont waste your time here.No wonder this place is empty .How can I get a number for who ever is in charge of this place

I went in this place and there was a woman screaming at the top of her lungs because of the service - the guy at the counter was rude - he pointed out the he “checked her” and she had to call the regional office to get him to cash her check - she pointed out that she was a regular customer - when it was my turn to cash my check he treated me the same way - he was rude belittling and condescending when I was explain to him how to release the check from a hold - this man is costing your business money - you are a check cashing place yet he doesn’t want to cash any checks - he doesn’t even try to be helpful

Never had no problems with this ladies have great customer service always. I love these girls to the moon and back. I drive far just to get great service.

Very good employees. I have been cashing there for three years recently went there and they had a trainee manager even though I had a new check he helped me out and cashed my check

The girl jessica was so rude i was trying to cash a check and she was being so rude and plus wanted to charge me 500 dollars to cash a check it says 1% how does it go to that much plus i had bearly got out the dps from getting my id so i had the paper copy and she made it a big deal i just left but poor service she should be fired

I enjoy coming to these places because it's open 24 hours and you can make your payments and they very respectful
