They held my item for as long as I needed speaking over 3yrs never had a issue even on a late payment staff pretty good maybe the newer staff a little rude I have never had a issue they took very great care my stuff never was lost or stolen ever have to give 5Stars cause why not

I bring my jewelry here all the time now they say my gold sticks to magnet since when con artist my chain is 14k everywhere else but here it's 10k for some reason don't think they know what they doing

amazing customer Service. I went to pawn some gold and before giving me a price they double checked the market to see its value.

I went in on October 31, 2105. A month and a week later on November 7, 2015 I was excited to pick up my diamonds and of course with my luck Michael Katrel gave me a trick of a life time. He lost one of my diamond earrings that cost me $4000.00 and tried to give me only $600.00. I am beyond disgusted with the services from this company. I'm taking this to small claims court.

I just went in to sell my Canon T3i which retails for about $600-$700. They told me they would give me $50. $50?! I asked if they knew how much the camera really cost and they said yes...but couldn't give me a real reason why the offer was only $50. HELL NO.

I like them because they're open late(hence the one star), but they're lazy; wouldn't even put a battery to check and see if the watch worked because it wasn't worth enough. Claimed that my watch could be a fake(from Nordstrom.....really?).

Customer service sucks if you don't speak Spanish. They open at 8:30am but don't start business till darn near 9am, which makes no sense might as well open at 9 if you arriving at work at the same time you suppose to open and still gotta count money. Very unprofessional

Everything's awful only thing good is that close late bad customer service very low payouts .when requesting your item for pick up never on time sometimes they don't even put the request in bad business over all they want you to lose your stuff
