SCE Credit Union - Boyle Heights Branch 1st St, Los Angeles

Once again I have problems with them. I continue to have issues with this bank. I would recommend to go somewhere else they don't try to help with your issues.

I have just opened an account and still have no account information. They did not send me a package like they said they were. They are holding my pay check for more than 15 days!! I have no access to my money for days. I have called but they refuse to give me my funds even though the check has already been charged. I had to call my employer's bank to see if the check has been charged. I have proof that the funds where cleared and the check is not a fake. Yet I have no access to my money. This has been going for weeks and I'm so upset. I was opening this account to transfer my money from my old bank and open my business account with them but by the looks of it I will be having to close this account. Its has been such a headache. Don't bother with this bank.

I’ve been a member For Several years now I’ll be going to this branch in Boyle Heights for the past two years since I moved into Alhambra very good people they remember your name they ask about your family they help you with just about anything you need for loans & debt issues I tell everybody my credit union SCE is the best I’ve been using banks for over 40 years now since I was a kid and this Credit union is the Best on the Block And he also got the Best call staff on hand when you have a problem you call in Their call staff is one of the best ever as well great job SCE I recommend you to everybody keep up the good work

Visited branch to pick up a new debit card only to experience customer service you would expect when visiting a resort on vacation from all the employees at this location.Explained all the new features and benefits of my card,updated online services,and last although not least greeted me with a smile and bid me farewell with one.

Great service and great bank! Only a few throughout LA but totally worth it!

This is a good bank and they help you with your credit report, I sake a car with another financial institution, and refined with SCE federal credit union, even a low percentage of 2.45 and my wife and my wife report to the three credit bureaus, which Westlake did not report. to my wife and with a high interest, this bank is clear and helps people with good interests and take personal loans
