Worst service of all Branches! Today is the 1st business day of October, so a lot of the elderly went to cash their check. Bank of America thought that the best way to serve their clients was to have only 2 tellers and close the business line. Nothing says customer service like long lines.
A
Horrible customer service. They are rude. They need to understand that good customer service brings people to do business with that kind of attitude all they do is go all pro with technology so these can start loosing their jobs. I will recommend someone from the company works on how people are been treated. Let's start with the male tellers telling you to take your business to another bank because they don't want to do cash advances. What a shame to have people like these been the face of the company.

If any tellers are rude, it is because of a lack of employees for the huge lines. Three tellers during the last hour of business on a Friday before a holiday (coincidentally when I got paid) is bad management. Bad employer practices ruin customer satisfaction so no wonder people are leaving.

Understaffed. Rude Security guard, no respect for elderly customers. Previous staff were kind, empathetic & symphathetic with all walks of life. New staff is very stoci. Very cold,
Hello Gloria, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. ^phil

Need to transfer tellers from the many branches that they closed , common sense upper CEO’s , you think Lines will move quickly , any business always says customer service is first , guess Bank of America Never knew that !!

I went today to take money before going to work at 4 in the morning. My card gets stuck on the ATM machine I called customer service they tell me well maybe you did something that made the card get stuck when I didn't press anything also because it didn't give me options when the card was in the machine. So they tell me wait until they open so they could see in what way they can help you and they clicked on me. How the hell am I going to wait at four in the morning outside in the parking lot until they open so today I ended up not going to work because I couldn't be late to work and I was already an hour late. Really bad customer service that's all I could say about this bank going to close my account today and CHANGE to some other one if possible today!!!
N
The worst bank ever I'm watching the teller's just bla bla with customers an the line goes all the out the door seriously

Most of the times theirs a long line, security does not enforce people park on red blocking correctly parked cars. Instead is using the extra parking across alley . Lazy people. Rather than that the employees are professional and curties
