Update! I was able to finally remove the medical charge against me with the help of My Insurance. Transunion never boosted my score but Experian did. These people still won't budge in setteling a debt; good luck!

I understand their need in the world and them praying on people however when they intentionally mis-report to a credit report (my sons) and "Mr Jones" says oh well don't know how it got there and don't care and then refuses to give me information they have on me because I am in the process of searching for someone they have located it does not bode well

Attempt to double bill you for payments that have been made already by insurance carrier. Rude unprofessional and not willing to help I've filed complaints to NJ AG office

Worst collection agency ever!! Don’t try to do a settlement with them! They won’t work with you specially the manager is rude and tries to end the phone call.

SaVit is very polite and professional - always courteous and helpful.

Wonderful customer service and very helpful people.

Rude. Not willing to work with you and demands a minimum monthly payment.
