    Not honest salesman, high pressure, only care about making sale. On the financing they hit my credit (hard) 6+ times without telling me, If they would have been honest I could have gotten the financing myself without my credit report getting tarnished.

    I was working with a salesperson A.W on getting a vehicle, I was trying to finance thru another source. Told the salesperson on Friday he said that's fine we probably wont find out till monday. Well come to find out they sold the vehicle on saturday....... no integrity to a customer. ...i wont be buying them .....

    Tyler Williams and Liz Roop are so incredible amazing in how they bent over backwards for me...Liz drove from Bastrop down to Beeville to pick me up and drove me down to Laredo to pick up my car and drove back to Bastrop to complete the final sale of my car...Liz was so amazing in what she has done for me to make this possible...Thank you Liz and Tyler Williams for your help and service...btw...this is my second purchase from Liz...the first was an Infinity QX60...but unfortunately Bambi jumped out and did a hit and run and I lost... notified Liz and she just picked up the ball and ran with it and notified all agencies who needed to be notified...     I have been in the market for a truck for a couple of months , after internet searching sames Bastrop ford showed up I searched the used cars and I found a 2009 ford truck they had so I inquired about the truck . a few mins later I got a call from a salesman name ( andy whited ) on Friday 8/12/16 and told him I was interested in the truck but they were not open on a sat. he then said come down on sunday 8/14/16 so I called him before I headed that way and said is the truck in good condition and he said yes, so I replied I don't want to get down there and be disappointed and he replied im not in the business to disappoint . so when I arrived the first thing that caught my eye was a center cap was missing, then the second thing I noticed there was a dent at the top of the tail gate . which bothered me some because when a dealer says ( home of the no haggle pricing ) to me that means nothing should be wrong with the truck, then I noticed that the door handle was broken on the passenger side . so I said to him that it would need to be fixed in order for me to be interested in buying, so I said well im not giving your asking price for the few items . he replied and said well the truck has been lowered to accommodate the few items. so after going back and forth they said we will fix the door now 3 days later after the purchase he has yet to call me to get the door fixed so that concerns me . so I had to order the center cap which is costing me about 21.00 . but overall the truck is nice and drives good, in a closing note : Would I buy from there again ( maybe ) do I think dealers need to be more aware of items on a vehicle that could be addressed with issues : ( yes ) remember all buyers this is your hard earned money that you want to spend with a business so make sure you get what you want or move on to someone else. do I think all dealers are good ( no ) at the end of the day its all about numbers to them how many vehicles they can sell in a month. a good dealer and salesman would do whats right that's what keeps customers coming back. I bought the truck out right so no financing but it is still my hard earned money . trucks and cars are not getting any cheaper. I give andy a thumbs up for a salesman he was a young guy but worked well with me. I wished the dent could of been accounted for better on the price guess im just meteclious but didn't want to purchase a new truck.

    I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Munday Ford in Bastrop Texas, although the vehicle itself came from Munday Chevrolet in Elgin. Originally I test drove the vehicle around the block one evening, and it seemed like a good fit. Upon driving home to New Braunfels I noticed the hood seemed to vibrate, but I wasn’t sure because it was dark. The next morning I went out to do a closer inspection, and noticed the hood was misaligned. I called the dealership, because I purchased an extended warranty under the extended warranty provider. The finance manager did the up sell, and told me it was a bumper to bumper warranty up to 75,000 miles. This initially gave me peace of mind, and they while reluctant did correct the hood misalignment. The repair took three or four days to complete, and I started having some concerns. Upon getting it up to highway speeds I noticed a lot of airflow through the front doors, in addition to leaks on each side when it rained. I didn’t want to take the vehicle all the way back to Bastrop, and asked if my warranty could be used at the local Dodge dealership. Munday Ford informed me I could take it to them, and so I did. Upon delivering the vehicle to Bluebonnet I was informed that the vehicle had been in some kind of collision. I immediately went to check my carfax again, and ran an Auto check as well. Both reports came back with a clean record, and now I was under the impression that the dealers did multi point inspections, in which surely this would have been noticed. I have attempted to contact Mr. Craig Murphy, and have received no response to date, and after our disagreement over the grill and hood I expected he would behave in this unprofessional disrespectful manner. I’m at a loss of what to do, and would strongly encourage people to have the used cars at any Munday dealership independently inspected, as they will not “make it right” or even attempt to. The behavior received is that of a typical car salesman, and I hope people can take heed and think twice before purchasing a new or used car from such a dealership. It appears now that the bumper to bumper warranty I was up sold is not valid, and no dealership will do the work. I have attached the report to my Facebook page, and will continue to inform the public of this dealers practices. I don’t think it’s right to sell a wrecked vehicle, and after your made aware of it there should be attempts to make it right.

    I arrived at the dealership to get an oil change. I was greeted by the nicest man, Jason De Leon. He got me signed and in about 45 minutes I was in my car driving away. During my oil change Jason notified me my air filter was dirty and ready to be changed. I appreciate the thoroughness. THANK YOU Jason!

    Liz and the staff were great, no issues, everything was upfront. The only issue I have is the some cosmetic issues to the truck, that I bought. They said they will take care of it. These issues should been caught prior to them selling the truck.
