Be extremely careful doing business with Saint Louis Investments. They claim to fix up properties and sell them to OUT OF TOWN OWNERS with tenants in them and they tell you no need to go see the properties. The properties they sell are complete garbage, the property management they recommend is terrible (can't even collect the rents) and the prices that they charge for these homes is WAY OVER MARKET. This is a LOSE, LOSE, LOSE. STEER CLEAR UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSING MONEY AND HAVING SLUM PROPERTIES WITH CONSTANT PROBLEMS.

This company is shady on their business dealings. They go back on their word and lie to get a better deal. They won't return phone calls when a problem comes up. Stay away from this company.
