We have been checking and banking here for over 20 years. We have financed 3 cars with them. They are always friendly and helpful. They offere great rates on car loans. We have been very pleased! Highly recommended!

The tellers are rude and act like i am an inconvenience. The black lady at the location in the hospital has got to be the rudest person I have ever met that I wanted to curse at. She doesn't pay attention to me, acts like I'm interrupting her time and the looks on her face when I talk to her are disrespectful. She's one of the main reasons I've wanted to leave this company.

Tellers are rude and ignorant, place is behind times outdated policies.

I have banked here for 4 years. Customer service has been excellent.

A positive side, the rate I got on my new car loan was 0.99% (3 years ago) the rates have increased since then. A negative side, the online "payee" "payer" is difficult to understand and you cannot pay on your loan via online... ridiculous its nearly 2017. I attempted to pay them over the phone, passed all the security questions, etc but they still wouldnt accept my payment. (who doesnt take your money?) Lastly, I attempted to pay my loan online and the payee was Saint Francis Federal Credit Union. I put in my checking account from my bank online, assuming thats the account they were asking for. somehow they wrote a check from my loan account to my loan account? no one caught it, every person I spoke to about this issue was not helpful in the slightest, minus one female (bless her soul). However because of this issue my loan was nearing deferment, but because I caught the issue and keep on them about it, that didnt happen. On a positive side of this issue, I got it paid, didnt get deferred, and the check that they sent themselves was null and void.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude, unprofessional, unorganized... I’ve had nothing but issues since I started my account with them. The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was to get my checks on Wednesday’s instead of Friday’s and it was not worth it.

They are not people friendly , they have been rude to me. I hate going in there, but it's convenient. In My opinion /experience. Maybe not all of them, but the 2 @ the desk that help me were.

The staff can come off as rude but they are actually quite nice and informative. Best bank ive ever invested my $$$ into.

Very Rude on phone and in person! I have 2 accounts there. One personal and One for our church. They treat the customers like garbage!
